OTL Improves!

Hello Woofers,

Daisy here.

Good news from OTL, this Covid stuff still has some nasty little things it is throwing at OTL but slowly he seems to be getting over it.

One side effect is a nasty pain across the shoulders and also down the bottom of the spine.

 2 x Ibuprofen and 2 x Paracetamol with the breakfast rabbit food soon cures that!

TM still takes me out first thing while OTL tries to wake up first thing but come lunchtime OTL gets the job of running me around the field.

But not today!

OK, TM did the morning run but come lunchtime OTL shoved me into the big car and off we went around to the Isle of Grain sea front!

It was good to get down on the sea front again, we haven't been down there for ages.

OK, I know we wouldn't see Devo or The Lads but it was good to get the sniffs of where they have been. 

I bet they will be glad to catch a sniff of me tomorrow morning!

We didn't take the camera with us, so, no pictures today but OTL says that if he can get up soon enough, we might get to meet up with the Lads or even Devo!

Getting back to the car we bumped into Jasper coming back from his walk. He said that his time walking was getting shorter mainly 'cos it was too cold to go bouncing along the sea front.

I'll try to wake OTL up early tomorrow morning, providing his back is OK!

A sad, sad day.

Hello Woofers,

Daisy here.

Today we heard that Archie Babe is heading for the Rainbow Bridge to wait for us.

His trip to the vet was his last and he closed his eyes scoffing his favourite thing, food!

Archie Babe spent so much time at the vet he reckoned he should have been put on the payroll!

We are all going to miss him and his adventures with Cooking Fat and that squirrel he never quite managed to catch!

No doubt he has found Holly and the Ferrets so he won't be lonely until we meet up with him again.

Hello Birdies!

 Hello Woofers,

Daisy here again.

We thought that today would be a good day to get OTL out and some fresh air inside him!

It was a big trip around Canterbury town centre when we found the road going over bridge at Grove Ferry was under repair.

So, around the houses we go and end up on the other side of the bridge some twelve miles away.

Finally we got to have a walk on the nature trail and saw a number of birds, nothing to exciting but it was worth the walk.

First there was the Great Tit

Then we saw a Squirrel followed by a cheeky Robin!

I didn't reckon much on the Squirrel but I gave chase all the same.

Then its mate did a dance along the path!

I'm a squeaky Squirrel and you can't catch me!

Then it was a fight through the traffic and back home for a snooze before food time!

Tomorrow OTL will be working in the garden or so he says!
