It's here!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here!

Well, you will be pleased to hear that Old Two Legs has got the telescope and at the moment it is in loads of bits all over the floor!

Somehow he has managed to get three instruction manuals for the 'scope and two manuals on the computer control of the 'scope!

I have a feeling it is going to take a long time before he gets it out in the garden and pointing towards the North Star!

We on the other paw, have been good woofers by keeping out of his way and not playing with all the packing material, of which there are masses!

The ferrets love the bubble wrap and spend ages running around 'popping' the bubbles!

Just for a change, we took May and Eric out for a walk first thing 'cos they haven't been out the last two days 'cos it was too hot for them.

That means Fred and Wendy had to stay in their cage.

Fred & Wendy getting 'poured' out of their bed!
They didn't mind staying in their cage 'cos that means they get 'First Rampage' around the house!

Old Two Legs left the camera in the car 'cos it was too warm for him to carry it around with him on our walk!

Half way through the morning the delivery man arrived and the unpacking started!

What with all the lenses and brackets rolling around the floor and the ferrets killing the bubble wrap it was just a little later than normal that Fred & Wendy, Holly and I headed off for a mid day walk.

Thanks to the clouds it wasn't too hot and Wendy got to dip her paws in the rock pool!

I just love the way the mud squishes between my claws!
I forgot to tell you, while May and Eric were rampaging around the house waiting for OTL to finish the poo shovelling, OTL decided to see if Eric wanted a swim in a plastic tray. Well, it was a little scary to begin with but soon he was sploshing about and blowing bubbles!

It was good fun to watch him when OTL wrapped him up in a towel to dry him off!

Talk about a wriggler!

We are off now to help OTL assemble the 'scope and who knows, we may even get to see some stars tonight, providing the clouds clear off!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties. I'm pleased to hear OTL's scope has arrived. It's always interesting when things arrive there is so much stuff to investigate, I bet the ferrets have had a super time sniffing and testing out all that packaging. I think you and Holly chops are very wise to stay out the way, that way you can't get blamed if things go missing. Loved that picture of Wendy and Freddy half poured out of their bed. Now do be careful when OTL is assembling his scope cos if something falls off and hits you on the noddle then you'll be seeing stars as well. I've had a pretty quiet day, went for my walk and didn't see any other woofers about, then my mum had to go out for an hour, then we had a siesta, that was nice, then my mum did some ironing, now I'm waiting for my boy to come home from work and maybe we'll have a wrestle if he's not too tired. Ask OTL to take a picture of his scope when he's got it all assembled so we can see it. Have a good evening all at Godwin Towers and hope the muggings are good. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. What an exciting day all round, I hope any stars that are seen are from the scope and not from a Big Bang on the head from something falling. The bubble wrap is great fun and the splash in the water tray how great is that. In due course there will be lots of photo opportunities with the bubble wrap, the water tray and the scope, we your watches, are waiting. Love the poured out ferrets, they do love their sleep but also their rampages and walks, just need a little egging on. Good that all the instructions are there too, all he will need is a degree to understand them, still TM is there so she will help. xxxxxx
