It's OTL's Fault!

Hi Woofers!

We're back! McDaisy, McHolly, MacMay, MacWendy, Eric McFerret and Monty MacFerret!

Now, sorry about yesterday, it was OTL playing silly wottsits and watching a DVD until it was just too late to get the computer out! Mind you, it was a lazy sort of day, snoozing and snoozing again!

Now, today is different, after doing all his chores what did he do? Gathered up his camera gear and headed off to the Mull Of Kintyre to photograph landscapes and the Ailsa Craig rock! Mull of Kintyre is supposed to be the furthest south you can get.

Well, he got there and on the way saw Buzzards and loads of 'Little Brown Stuff' but when he got to the end of the road there was a sign!

OK, get out of the car and walk!
Now that bit of stuff in the distance is Northern Ireland. OTL took another shot slightly to the left.

Well, he got as far as the bend and climbed back up, but there is Northern Ireland and no Back Stop!
Off he went again and found a super spot that shows Ailsa Craig in beautiful colour.

Well, if the mist wasn't there we'd be able to see it!!
Not to be beaten, OTL headed off up the coast a bit and came across the seals basking on the rocks. He is not a seal person so couldn't say if they were Grey Seals or Harbour Seals, however, he did say they reminded him of TM!

It won't be long before they get washed off the rocks!
After they floated away, OTL was keeping an eye open for otters and he spotted a flurry of activity, so, quick as a Ferret, he snapped off a couple of shots but when we opened them up on the computer they turned out to be seals!

It's OK, I've left my Factor 38 on the rocks!
Now what happens when the tide comes in is it drives the wild life closer to the shore and this Grey Heron flew in and perched on the rocks for a while before deciding there was no food and he'd better try further on down the beach!

A nice big fat juicy frog would go down a treat!
So, after all this charging around the Mull of Kintyre he arrived back at the caravan to a 'Big Woofer Welcome' followed by four trips down to the beach, one with Eric de Ferret and one with Monty and Wendy, then Miss May had a little run followed by Holly and I who sneaked out of the caravan when TM wasn't looking and chased after OTL!

So, not a bad day and it has been sunny for most of the day but the mist and low cloud helped keep the temperature down a little.

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

McDaisy, McHolly, MacMay, MacWendy, Eric McFerret and Monty MacFerret!
