We're back, Daisy, Holly, Snowflake and Mr Brambles!
We are glad to hear Archie Babe is back and all in one piece! Not too sure about collecting wee, I mean, a sniff is normally all we need but why the Two Legs want bucket full is beyond us!
Lets face it, all they need to do is get a bowl, take you to a lamp post and wait, just how difficult can that be?
We have never been asked for 'Samples' so we are not sure just how much fun you could have!
We were out this morning for our walk and it was raining, you know, that misty, penetrating stuff that gets right through your coat!
We all got a good rub down when we got back to the car, except OTL, 'cos the towel was too wet for him to use on himself!
The ferrets were crafty, they stayed tucked up in Old Two Legs arm until we got to the beach, so they were still dry as they started to dig holes in the sand, lucky ferrets!
Holly and I found a really strange sniff in a bunch of sea weed on the beach, we couldn't make up our mind what it was and in the end decided it must have been a sea monster who had a wee on the bush in the sea and it got washed up on the beach!

We don't like the sound of an apple stuck in our mouths, Jasper must have been very brave to put up with that! I suppose that is one of the problems with us Four Legs, we can bite and chew with our jaws but not 'Grind' from side to side!
Still, that's what Two Legs are for, they get us out of scrapes like that!
We all had a good snooze this morning and OTL was playing about on his computer thingy.
A really 'Laid Back' Sunday morning!
Lunch time we wandered back down to the Sea Wall and had some Super Sniffs that we told the ferrets about when we got back. It made them all jealous!

I would imagine you would have lots of fun with OTL if he had to get a wee sample from you or Holly. Sounds like your sunday has been very laid back, lovely walks down by the sea and lots of lovely sniffs, then a nice snooze. You looked very cosy there. So Snowflake is getting her cage ready for the show and deciding where she wants all her bits and bobs. I do hope she and Mr Brambles get prizes in the show. I expect you will all have a fun time. I'm guessing you got a decent brekkie today as there is no mention of doggie scoff. Archie has had an interesting day again, he spent all morning down the vet college, getting more cuddles and attention, we stopped of at a garden centre on the way home and he dived into a basket of doggie toys and chose one, so he now has a new toy to add to his collection, he quite liked the shopping bit, he got loads of strokes and cuddles. Well enjoy the F1 and hope you get good muggings tonight girls :) xxxx

Archie babe picked quite an expensive one ............. no body told him you have to pay. He'd already cost me an arm and 2 legs at the Vet College ......... that's just £141 to walk thru the door, then there's cost of drugs etc on top of that ............ oh my poor skinny purse lol ......... he's worth every penny though :) xxx

DeleteThe rain must have brought the super sniffs in, we were lucky with the weather, no rain and even some sunshine. Our Daisy has been practising her Granddads' leg muscle exercise, the one where you stand with your back to the closed door and slide up and down bending your knees. Less strenuous than OTL's rowing machine, you haven't mentioned it recently, he hasn't worn it out.......?
ReplyDeleteSnowflakes show cage looks good, she can show her best side in that, we hope to go and see if we can. Between the dustbin and shredding machine sounds a very dangerous place to be, you had better be good if you intend to make it a habit, you know OTL hasn't been to Specsavers recently, just a warning. xxxx
