Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back with you again!
Have we had a fun day or wot! It starts off with the ferrets saying 'Good Morning' to Old Two Legs by giving his nose a lick through the bars of Snowy Heights!
That tickled OTL!
After his paddle around for half an hour he looked in where he expected the ferrets to be clapping and cheering and found they had gone back to sleep again!
It wasn't long before we all woke up and headed off to the beach for our morning jog!
It was a bit cloudy but wasn't too cold. The ferrets were still cuddling up in OTL's arms and it was only at the very last bit that they wriggled so that OTL put them down.
Ready for a Jog? |
I'm Coming For You! |
We all had a good laugh about that one, except OTL that is!
Mr Brambles got a bit stroppy with OTL 'cos OTL kept tugging on the lead and calling Mr Brambles to 'Come On'. All Mr Brambles wanted to do was have a good sniff at some grass and didn't want to do what OTL wanted, so what did he say?
Oi! Will You STOP Tugging My Lead? |
Oi! The same goes for Me! |
Back home to some chicken and biscuits followed by a snooze in OTL's office!
Lunch time we were out a bit earlier than normal 'cos we had an appointment with the vet who needed to 'Check us Over' prior to issuing a prescription for our anti flea and anti tick drops.
We rushed around the Rabbit Ground and saw nothing, that was until OTL did our 'Whissssss' call which is our 'secret call' that we should look where he is pointing 'cos there is a rabbit there!
Sure enough, there she was, sitting just outside the burrow, enjoying the air and keeping an eye on us three!
Yeah! I can see you lot! |
Curses! Missed again! |
When we got there we were made a fuss off by the receptionist and saw that our picture from a few years ago was still up on the wall!
Are we famous or Wot!
The vet called us in and that was it, I went into my 'Hyper Mode' thinking that the stethoscope was going to hurt and I was all 'Legs and Tail' trying to get off the table!
It didn't help with Holly woofing at me to 'Stay Still', I wasn't going to stay still until I was out of there!
Then it was Holly's turn and while she was getting the 'Cold Stethoscope' treatment I was scrabbling at the door to get out of the room!
We were pronounced 'Fit and Noisy' and OTL had to put us back into the car before he could discuss the medication we needed!
When OTL finally came out we could see he had been crying again, it looks like the vet had presented his bill to OTL!
Back home with the prescription in his hand he ordered up the medication on the Internet. So, it looks like we will be protected from attacks by Fleas and Lung Worm and Ticks when we are away up in Scotland and North Yorkshire this year.
What happens if it doesn't work? Will OTL get his money back?
No, we don't think so either!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles
What a day, I'm glad Mr B and Snowflake are putting their paws down and insisting on sniffing time. I hope OTL isn't slacking off with his rowing. Good to hear you're getting your chicken. Lovely pictures today. Daisy you have to calm down at the vets, they're only trying to help you so you don't get any nasty things. Mind OTL should set a better example of being brave at the vets. Poor OTL, his wallet will think it has a hole in it. I'm glad you were pronounced fit and nosey though :) Have a good evening, hope there's some muggings xxxx
ReplyDeleteSee that Rabbit saw you coming, you stand no chance. Poor OTL in more ways than one, having ferrets climbing up his trousers and being robbed at the vets. Still glad you are both prepared for your jaunt up north. XXX
ReplyDeleteAll action today then, trouser leg, rabbit, rowing, vets, chicken, walks, sun, grass crying and you being fit and noisy. So now after money passing over you will be ready for what Scotland and North Yorkshire have to offer, did OTL and TM have to get any potions from the vet for themselves? I would be worried if I were you, I think I am glad that Wales and Cheshire are calling me. Keep out of the wind tomorrow and don't forget that you don't stand a chance with those Kentish rabbits. xxxx
