Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.
Well, have we had some excitement today!
First of all, when we got down to the beach this morning the tide was right in. What could a girl do? That's it, straight in for a paddle that developed into a full blown splash around chasing a tennis ball!
There was a little problem, you see, I'm just a little dog with a sweet little mouth and it just will not open up wide enough to grab a tennis ball!
A Red Rubber Bone, yes, a tennis ball, No!
Not that I wouldn't try!
That's what I did this morning, I kept of going out to it and trying to grab it and every time I made a grab, the ball went under the water and out of reach!
Come here you oversize ball! |
To be honest, I was about to give up anyway!
Mr Brambles was getting all excited watching me paddling out and back and out again. He was running up and down the shore line shouting out encouraging ferret things like 'Use Your Claws!'
Trouble is, my claws are not so sharp and pointy like wot a ferrets claw is!
Use Your Claws Woofer! |
After getting home, OTL packed up his tools and we all headed off to Auntie Zoe to help install a new washing machine and a new cooker. Most of the time Holly and I were trying to keep out of the way of three little Two Legs, Megan, Finley and Ethan who were so noisy that at times I got worried and had to jump onto OTL's lap for a cuddle!
It was a long journey home, loads of cars all trying to get along the same bit of road. Holly and I had fun poking our tongues out at the drivers next to us and some even laughed!
OK, we're off to see what is for dinner, bet you it's doggy scoff!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.
Oooh you have been busy today, what with swimming this morning and then going off to auntie Zoe and amusing the little TL's and then sticking your tongues out at the cars, phew, I bet you are ready for your scoff and a good snooze. I bet the little TL's were pleased to see you and Holly. Mr Brambles looks like he could get a job as a swimming coach. Have a good evening and rest, little TL's can be exhausting. Love, licks and wags from little Arch (the smelliest dog in the uk) xxxx
