OTL gets Holly sorted!

Hello Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here.

Wot a lovely Sunday it has been, there was a little rain first thing this morning but it was only a few drips, not even worth putting our raincoats on for!

Mind you, Old Two Legs missed out on a super sunrise. As we left home to go to the beach, we looked across and the sun was coming up over the horizon and was a super deep red and golden looking. What with the dark clouds above and below it, it looked really dramatic!

Unfortunately, by the time we got down to the beach it had all changed and the dramatic had turned to the 'Just Pretty'!

Pretty, but not a Wow!
Miss Snowflake decided to have a wander in the rock pools again and this time managed to hop from rock to rock without getting too wet!

Look! Just a damp paw this time!
Of course, Mr Brambles just had to out do Snowflake but this time he got himself into a bit of a pickle and landed on a big pointed rock! Holly, Snowflake and I shouted for him to 'Jump!' but he said he was a ferret, not a parachutist!

No! I'm not going to jump!
In the end OTL had to pick him up and carry him back to the beach! We all laughed and made fun of him!

Back home, before we had our Lambs Heart, Holly had to have her medicine and so far she had been making OTL cross when she kept spitting the pill back out, after OTL had shoved it down the side of her tongue!

This morning was different, OTL chopped the pill up into small bits and then shoved them down the nozzle of the syringe that holds the paste that she has to have as well. Then. he runs the nozzle down the side of Holly's tongue and gave it a good squirt and Holly got everything in one hit!

OTL then held Holly's nose up in the air and she just had to swallow it all!

1-0 to OTL!

OTL spent the morning up in the loft pulling more stuff out to send to the dump and now the big car is almost full of stuff ready for a trip on Monday!

Lunchtime we were out and met up with a young Husky type of woofer who was about seven months old. He was already about three times the size of Holly and me!

Being so young, he was being a bit of a Bozo and Holly had to woof him into place!

Oi! Stop being a Bozo!
Holly and I found that sniff she was rolling in yesterday and I managed to get a roll myself before OTL called me a 'Smelly Nelly' and told me to 'Get Up'!

Spoil sport!

This is Sooo Good!
Back home, it was back up into the loft again before OTL get fed up and decided he needed a rest in the big chair in the lounge!

Holly thought it was a good idea as well, so she joined him and they both had a snooze.

Me? I went up on the bed and fell asleep under the duvet!

OTL's got curry tonight, so that should make him a Happy Puppy!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

  1. Beautiful pictures today. Poor OTL is still working. Aww you girls shouldn't make fun of Mr Brambles, he's the only boy in your little gang. Looks like you were really enjoying that sniff Daisy. I think most boy dogs are bozos really, they can't help themselves. You girls are much more sensible. Glad OTL has sorted out Miss Holly with her medicine, if she doesn't take it then she won't get rid of the grumblies. It was a good day for a snooze, me and Archie had a snooze on the sofa. Hope you didn't get into trouble for getting under the duvet. Have a lovely evening and happy muggings, Love, licks and wags from little Arch xxxx

  2. Glad Snowflake is mastering this rock pool crossing, don't laugh at Mr Brambles he can't help being no as clever as you girls, he he he! It has been cold so I think under the duvet for a little nap is just the job but poor, poor, poor OTL is being worked too hard, I never knew your loft was so big, does it extend across your neighbours house as well? The image of Holly getting this medicine is really priceless, OTL could do a training video for dog "minders" "How to Pill a Pet" xxxx
