Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!
Last night Holly was getting a bit twitchy 'cos she was expecting some more of those Whizz Bangs to be let off. So, she got prepared by jumping up onto Old Two Legs lap and cuddling up to him!
We were both listening but didn't hear anything! I said it would be possible that they have all finished but Holly wasn't too sure, so it looks like OTL will get another cuddle tonight!
The sun was out this morning and we enjoyed a good run down on the beach. OTL put the ferrets down at the rock pools and we both watched Snowflake have a scramble while looking for the 'Slimy Smelly Thing that hides under the sea weed!
Mr Brambles was more interested in having a dig on the beach, so he left her to it!

OTL took us back home and after cleaning the ferret cage, chasing the ferrets around in a game of 'Hunt The Ferret' he then grabbed his coat and left us!
I mean, he said 'Bye Bye' went down stairs and you know what? The Missus followed him out the door as well!
Seems like they had a list of 'Things to Do' that were going to take some time!
Holly and I decided that as they had left us, we would stretch out on their bed and snooze the day away until they came back!
That'll teach them!
You know, it wasn't until mid afternoon that they returned! Of course, the first thing OTL did was to take us out for our 'LATE' lunchtime walk which was really a late afternoon walk!
Now it is getting dark, Holly has got a bit nervous again regarding the Whizz Bangs and has woofed at OTL to let her sit on his lap!
I think it's going to be another 'Cuddly Night'!

Ooops poor Miss Snowflake with a wet butt. Glad Holly got lots of cuddles last night but no whizz bangs.

How could they, how dare they, leaving two woofers and two little ferrets alone while they go out and about ............. tsk. I hope you both managed to have a good snooze, did you push the duvet up into a nice nest? I hope dinner wasn't late. Have a lovely, snoozey evening with a few muggings in between. It sounds as though you took full advantage of being left "home alone", please tell me you didn't take any carrots or chews into their bed, you would be in deep trouble. No Whizz bangs so maybe Hollys' poor nerves will calm down soon and she will be cuddling up to you instead of OTL. Snowflake is looking full of mischief and has a nice thick coat for winter, she is getting more adventurous and having a wet butt doesn't stop her. Hope your plastering man is good and quick so that you all can get back to a normal life, if normal is your thing! Wishing you a quiet night with a few nibbles and a good snooze. xxxx
