Sort of Back to Normal'ish!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here again!

Well, this morning we got up and did our normal thing. Holly and I went back to sleep, Old Two Legs went in for a shower and the ferrets went on a rampage!

Brambles went tearing down stairs and straight into the kitchen!

What could he want in there you ask!

YumYumYumYumYumYumYumYumYum!
Then he paused for breath and told us that he has decided not to be dog any more, except at feeding time, when he can be sort of 'Half Dog'!

I think I'll stay Ferret, except at meal times!
So that's it, we are back to Two Dogs, Two Ferrets and Two Two Legs!

I think we are all pleased Brambles has returned to being a ferret, we can excuse him pinching our biscuits 'cos as Peter said he is a 'Little Thief', it's part of his DNA!

It was very pleasant out on our walk this morning, even though it was a bit drafty! I even went hunting rabbit but they all gone back to bed.

Maybe if we found their warrens we could let Brambles loose and he could chase them out, just like a proper ferret!

Here Bunny Bunny!
Down on the beach there was Mrs Curlew and Holly called out 'Hello Curly!'

To which she replied 'Ha, Ha!

Oh Yes! Very Droll!
Mr Brambles was diving into the grass and ferreting around like a young kit. He said that he much prefers the ferret sniffs to the Doggy Sniffs that were a little too strong for him!

These sniffs are Ferret Sized!
Lunchtime it was getting a little colder and the wind was picking up. We met up with young Dave the Westie who was jumping around with excitement.

We think that he doesn't get to meet too many dogs and he is always pleased to see us and he goes potty over OTL!

Yo OTL!
Holly and I climbed up onto the table to have a look out to sea, there was a Wormy Man digging away searching for fresh worms.

Do you think he found any?
We decided to have a race back to the car, OTL said 'Ready, Steady, G...........' Holly started off on 'Steady' being the little cheat that she is!

I reckon if she got any sneakier, she could change to being a Ferret!

No, No, that doesn't even bear thinking about!

Sneaky Holly getting a head start!
So, back home for an snooze and then we plan to mug OTL for some of his dinner!

Saturday tomorrow, The Missus is off to her Master Class for a bit of Glue & Glitter Slapping!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles (Born again Ferret!)

  1. Mr Brambles is one smart little chap, I reckon he's got it just about right, woofer at meal times, ferret the rest of the time. Best of both worlds. Glad you all had a lovely time on your walk, shame about the rabbits going back to bed, what spoilsports. Young Dave does look a really happy little chap, I bet he's pleased to see the best looking girl woofers in Kent. That Holly is a sneaky thing, what a little cheat. Don't worry Daisy, I'm sure OTL takes into account Holly's head start before he declares you the winner. Happy muggings tonight and hope TM has a brilliant time at her master class tomorrow, are you and Holly popping down to see the ladies? Have a lovely evening, love, licks and wags from little Arch xxxx

  2. I have been to the seaside, first in the rain but then in the sunshine. Mr B really seems hooked on those biscuits of yours perhaps you could get a sponsorship deal and get free luxury doggie food. It looks from the picture that Holly was just quicker in starting than you, you look worried about the height from the table top. The little Westie looks happy to see you, love his name, I knew a Siamese cat by the name of Derek, seems that people are calling their children Teapot and Boot while their animals are Dave and Derek, funny that!! Weather looked lovely, shame about the rabbits and lots of beautiful pictures thanks to OTL. xxxx
