Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!
It has been a 'Muggy Day' today. It started off with clouds everywhere and no sun, but it was 'Close', as Old Two Legs said.
We were out a little earlier than normal 'cos Holly and I had an appointment with the 'Parlour' for our 'Shampoo & Set'.
Both ferrets got out of the ferret bag almost as quickly as OTL put them in, they said it was too hot in the bag and after a quick wee, both settled for a cuddle in OTL's arm until they got to The Beach.
Mr Brambles had been talking about our holiday and seeing those enormous Nelly Fish on the beach. He said he was going to keep a eye open just in case we got any on our beach!

When she worked out Holly was play a trick on her she turned her head on one side and asked if Woofers taste like chicken?

Snowflake said that it was a good thing that they both came away on holiday with us all and not left in a cage with no walkies!
I won't bore you with the details but we were washed, sploshed, shaved and clipped and we ended up sniffing like a couple of Tarts Handbags!
We heard OTL at the counter, we know it was him 'cos his wallet makes a terrible noise when he opens it and he does make such a crying noise when he has to pay the bill!
Soon we were out and in the car telling OTL to hurry up and 'get the woof outta here'!
We were off to The Beach for a quick walk and OTL had picked up the wrong camera, he had brought his Infrared Camera instead of the normal one!
So, this is what we saw on the beach!

That left OTL in the garden trying to catch a frog hopping about on the Lilly Leaves!

Wow, look at you two, aren't you just beautiful. If I was Holly I'd watch out for Snowflake in case she tries to have a nibble. Poor Mr Brambles, he might have been looking forward to spotting a nelly fish. I ain't up for waiting when I go to the parlour on Monday, I've told my mum, in, out and home! or else I ain't having it done! So OTL spotted a frog on the lily leaves, wow, that must be a stray looking for a nice home. Have you named him yet? It needs to be a boy to even up the numbers at your house. Lovely pictures again today, OTL certainly is good with his camera, don't expect a picture of me on Monday after I've been clipped and bathed, I'm too embarrassed. Hope your TM enjoyed her day. Maybe she'll cook OTL something delicious after he spent all his money today. Hope you get some delicious nibbles later. Love, licks and wags from little Arch xxxx
ReplyDeleteWow what smart woofers you two are! OTL caught you out well and good with his infrared camera. Your garden looks like great fun to play in. Our mum says we're off to the parlour when Hamish and I get back from our holidays in Scotland. I've been paddling in a Loch but Hamish won't get his feet wet if there's waves. I'm glad we didn't see any Nelly fish. They looked scary. I think you were very brave but Holly was very mean teasing Mis Snowflake. We went to a place called Mallaig today. Think my mum was teasing me because she said that you can go on a big boat to Skye but I wasn't falling for that. Everyone knows that you have to go on an aeroplane. We got a special treat when Mum bought us doggie ice-cream in a tub. It was apple, banana and carrot flavour. We finished the lot. Ask your OTL to look out for it. Our mum's human daughter, Danielle, will be going to TM's glue and glitter place tomorrow. It's her first time and she hasn't been crafting long but our mum told her that she'll have lots of fun. Must go now as we are tired from our day out today. Home tomorrow. Hope that Molly Cat has missed us! Tail wags and doggy sniffs from Izzy and Hamish x
