TM gets her Mojo and we find a Wee'ing Rock!

Hello Woofers.

McDaisy, McHolly, Miss MacSnowflake, Miss MacApril and Miss MacMay here once more!

Well, today we have  had one of those lazy days. Mainly because both Holly and I have a Grumbly Tum, we reckon it was something Old Two Legs told us not to chew on the beach!

OTL says were on a 'Starvation Diet' until at least tomorrow, just to see what happens! No sausages, no mugging, no Doggy Scoff (Good!) not even a biscuit, this is all too much!

We have been down to the beach a few times, once with Miss MacSnowflake for her early morning walk. She had fun digging in the holes that the rabbits start over night. Dunno what they are looking for but it's fun sticking yer nose down the hole and kicking some sand out!

Then we accompanied Miss MacApril and Miss MacMay on a rampage along the beach where they enjoyed a 'Ferret' through the Marram Grass on the dunes at the top of the beach!

The Missus spent most of the day doing her 'Journal' that she started at 'Glenda's Master Class'. She has been busy slapping the glue and glitter all over the place and saying she has 'Got Her Mojo Back', whatever that is!

When she got up to make a cup of coffee, Holly jumped up for a look and she reckons she could do better!

Not bad, but I could do better!
Lunchtime we were out again and this time OTL brought a ball with him and Holly and I chased it all over the beach! There was a stiff wind blowing from the North which was blowing off the land, so the wind wasn't as cold as it could have been if it was coming off the sea!

We met up with a Two Legs who reckons that the Gulf Stream passes here and keeps everything warm, even in Winter!

Stuff the Gulf Stream, it's still too wet!
Holly even tried the streams that were running down the beach and decided that even they were just Too Wet for her!

No, it's still wet!
We spotted some Wormy Men digging on the beach and Holly reckons they just had to be keen to dig for worms on their holiday!

Wormy Mans Holiday!
Mind you, Holly found a big rock that had some small barnacles on it and it made a Super Back Scratch!

Of course, OTL thought she was rolling in something smelly, as if!

No, it's really not smelly, honest!
This evening the 'Fish & Chip Van' arrives, so we are going to be good little puppies and maybe we will get some muggings!

Holly has found a rock that she says is perfect for Bro Brambles Wee'ing Rock. OTL will have a look tomorrow morning when we go out for our walk.

So that's it for today, not the most busy but we still had some fun.

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

McDaisy, McHolly, Miss MacSnowflake, Miss MacApril and Miss MacMay

  1. Sorry you and Holly are not up to your usual standards and hope the grumbles go away as fast as they came, the fish and chip van sounds very inviting. Glad TM has found her Mojo even if it isn't as good a one as yours, she must carry on practising if she wants to be as perfect as you. x Hope Snowflake isn't feeling too low and the others are comforting her, the beaches sound great and even Holly is getting her paws wet even it is only by bad luck. Hope OTL finds a good weeing rock to take home, he knows what he is looking for and will make a good choice. xxxxxx

  2. Sorry to hear about your grumblies girls, I had the worst grumbly tum I've ever had last week cos I didn't even want to eat. My mum reckons fish is good for a grumbly tum so who knows, maybe you might get a bit of fish for your tea. It's good to hear that Miss Snowflake is getting out and about and enjoying digging holes. Good to hear also that the two little hooligans are having fun on their holibobs as well. I wonder if those wormy men are from where what you are and have followed you on their holibobs. I bet Holly loved having her back scratched on her roll, I had a good roll this morning but it didn't scratch my back. I'm surprised Holly didn't do some paw prints on that page to improve it, she could have told your TM that she was sharing her mojo. Was that the gulf stream that Holly was plodging in? I bet you will all find the bestest weeing rock to take home with you. Well I hope your tums are feeling better and that you're not too starving up there. Love and licks from little Arch xxxxxxxx

  3. Oh no! Not the grumbly tums again. What a pain on your holiday. Hope TM and OTL allow you some of their fish and chips tonight. My mum got all excited when she saw TM's holiday art studio. It was all "Oh look there's a ..." and " Oh I wish I had that much space in our little caravan" and "why has TM got such a large bin next to her...her work is always wonderful" Then I got fed up with her and reminded her that this was a woofer's blog so she could go and finish her marking. We're very pleased that TM has her Mojothingamebob back though!!!
Your time on the beach looks great fun. Why do the TL want to look for worms? Did the sea run out of fish? Don't think they'd taste very nice with chips...yuk!
That scratching rock sounds fantastic. Perhaps you could sneak it back in the caravan with Mr Brambles' weeing rock. Don't upset the caravan nose weight though or OTL might find it.
Hope your grumbly tums are better tomorrow and that you have another lovely day. Woofs and wags from Izzy and Hamish xxx

  4. Large space is what she demanded when we got the caravan and the large bin, well, it also contains her empty booze bottles and ferret poo bin contents, plus her 'Mistakes'!

  5. Hello The McGodwins . . . what's all this about a starvation diet??????? Sounds terrible. Go mugging instead!

Loving all of OTL's pictures. Holly looks like she's enjoying that back rub!

Hope you enjoyed the fish 'n' chips.

    Hugs, Sarn xxx
