Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret here!
Yes! I Know! Late again!
Blame it all on Alun and Glynis, they made us so welcome that we stayed too long visiting and having a woofing good time!
We have been waiting for the vet to call regarding April but it seems that his 'Phone a Vet' is away or having the weekend off, so we will have to wait until Monday when Old Two Legs will phone him!
Just to be on the safe side and as it was a bit cold today, OTL let April off the morning walk and instead took May on her own!
One thing that May does very well is to gallop! She doesn't run, she gallops! Then when we stop, she has to join us in hunting sniffs!
I can see that it won't be long before her and April make 'Honory Woofer' status!
I like being a Woofer! |
It was here, I know it was here, now it's gone! |
She then did a very good impression of a Nargle pinching Freddy's slurp of Ferretone!
Nargles Love Ferretone you know! |
When we were visiting Alun and Glynis, we also met Warren and Lisa-Marie. Now Lisa is dead keen on horses and keeps her horse in a big stable. Trouble is, with the feed sometimes dropping on the floor, there is always a passing rat to eat the dropped grain. So, to get rid of the rat someone has suggested that a few drops of Ferret Poo scattered around will deter rats from coming around. Now, just where can we get a ton or two of Ferret Poo?
Given a couple or three days we reckon our little ferrets could help out with a donation or six!
Mind you, there were some strange sniffs in the woods close to Aluns place but Holly reckons that it is weasels or maybe a stoat or two!
I'm not so sure myself!
Well, I think it is more than likely to be a Nargle! |
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy(Still beating up Freddy) and Freddy de Ferret.
Glad you had a frolicking good time visiting!!
ReplyDeleteI looked before our visitors came and nowhere to be read so I looked after they left and here you are! Our plawn cackers were lovely and the praline cheesecake delicious as was the rest. Poor Fred needs some help with his hiding, he is not imaginative enough for the girls, maybe OTL could hid some tasties in his wardrobe, um maybe not. I can see you selling ferret poo of a vintage Kentish variety on E-bay soon, get some treats for yourselves with the cash. Hope Miss April soon gets some kind of help with her problem until then staying warm and cosy can't do any harm. Miss May is holding her own in the woofer department, good on her. Have a happy Monday and take care of one another. xxxxxx
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a lovely day. Can you please post some ferret poo this way too as our neighbour keeps getting a rat under their shed and it drives Hamish crazy. It even comes and knocks on our cat flap (locked) at night which send Hamish Barking and the whole family gets a fright! The rat has even been seen sitting on the bird table eating the seeds at night. Some ferret poo would be very useful! Sweet dreams and see you tomorrow xx
ReplyDeleteMorning all, I looked quite a few times last night for your post, I'm glad I got up early and found it. I reckon all your little furballs have reached honorary woofer status one way or another. Mr Nipper is still in training so he won't reach woofer status for quite a while. Hope that vet is back to work soon. Now I reckon ferret poo should be quite expensive, seeing as it's quite rare and all the work to gather it up. I reckon Sue is quite right about getting the cash and spending it on treats. Wot's that Wendy like, fancy stealing a chaps chicken strips, and May, well, stealing a chaps ferretone is not on, I hope OTL makes sure he gets his quota. Good to hear you had a good time out on expedition to your friends. Doesn't a giant four legs manage to scare of a little biddy rat on his own? Hope you all have a good day today, still got everything crossed for Miss April and hope she stays nice and snuggly. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx
