Busy, Busy, Again!

Hi Woofers!

We're back again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

Wot a difference a day makes! Just look at the sunshine, no wind and everyone is out walking woofers!

We came across young Bryn and Poppy who were out for a stroll. As normal, Poppy said 'Hello' to us then raced over to Old Two Legs, rolled onto her back and waited for OTL to tickle her tum!

Long time no sniff!
We had a close brush with some geese who were looking to 'Bomb' us with poo! They came racing along the shore, honking away like mad.

Incoming!
Lucky for us, Holly went into 'Woofing Mode' and upset their formation so that they went out a bit and missed us all together!

That was a close one!
Back home May and April were looking forward to a rampage and another attack on Freddy and Wendy's cage. Unfortunately for them OTL had used our cushions to block the bottom of the cage and neither May or April could get to Fred or Wendy!

So, with no fun there they went on a prolonged game of 'Chase' and managed to turn OTL's office into big pile of Mess!

They also managed to dig out a load of bubble wrap from a parcel and spent ages popping the bubbles and rolling in the wrap!

It seems that Fred and Wendy were watching that game and as soon as they were let out of the cage, they had a great time in the bubble wrap as well!

There was popping all over the place and Wendy was going potty jumping all over it!

Down on the beach at lunchtime it was all balmy breezes and sunshine. Wendy was having a game of 'Dozzers' while Holly and I did some serious investigating of a new sniff we had found!

Brrrrm! Brrrrrrm!
Now this sniff hadn't been there this morning so we had to do some serious sniffing. Almost sniffing down to DNA level!

Interesting, very interesting!
We heard Freddy going 'Ow, Ow, Ow' and when we looked over to where he was, there he was, on his back and when he saw everyone was looking at him.

'Ow, Ow, My Legs Fallen Off'

I mean, just how many time does he think he can play that trick!

My legs have fallen off, Honest!

Back home OTL has been working hard getting some orders out to the carriers. That means we have been left on our own to have a snooze until dinner time.

We were glad to see that Archie Babe was OK at the Vet's. We really don't like vets 'cos most of the time we end up getting stabbed with needles and other nasty stuff!

Miss Wendy has got to go down the vets next Monday to get 'Done' so that means Freddy won't be getting his cuddles for a week or so!

Poor Freddy!

We are off to see what is for dinner, it's got to be better than the Doggy Scoff that is in our bowls!

Bye bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

  1. Evening little mates, glad you all had fun on your busy day. Wots this I hear about doggie scoff??????? Oi, Mrs TM ....... NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Glad to hear you didn't have the cold wind, we did here but maybe it's blowing away to the west, I hope so. It was still very chilly when I went for my walk this morning and when I went out in the car to collect my stuff from the vets this afternoon. Honestly Daisy, I think you and Holly need to come up here and see my lovely lady vets and the nurses. I got my stuff and lots of cuddles from the nurse, nothing sharp stuck in me at all today. I sat on the scales for a little while as well. I bet the page 3 girls weren't too happy if they couldn't climb up Freddy's cage. Good to see Wendy playing dozers on the beach. Did you and Holly get to the bottom of that sniff? Good job all those geese moved out the way or you and Holly would have come home green ..... ewwwww. Poor Freddy, he needs a skateboard then his little legs won't drop off. I missed bumping into my mates this morning, I think they must have all been having a lay in. Hope there is some decent scoff for OTL tonight and he shares with you both. Have a lovely evening, love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx

  2. Glad Holly gave those geese their marching orders, how dare they even consider bombing you on your own beach. Poor three legged Freddie, he gets no sympathy from anyone when he feins a wonky leg and now he will loose his cuddling partner for a week, you will have to be extra nice to him, there he is in his harem with no cuddles! The wind dropped this afternoon when I went out with Margaret to the tip, a lovely outing to the tip and then Morrison's for potatoes, we know how to enjoy ourselves! The bubble wrap game sounds good, have they had a ping pong box game recently? Well doggie scoff, I said you can expect that after making TM clean you up after your smelly roll when she had the goodness to leave her Master Class to take you out. OTL is a bit more tolerant so maybe a little tasty treat or two tonight, here's hoping. xxxxxx

  3. Greetings everyone! I've been reading your blogs but it was very late so I needed to get to sleep. It's been lovely to see the fun you've all been having on the beech- bulldozers, dig and whizz, geese poo dodging! We've been enjoying the sunshine up here too and I've been playing dig and whizz in mum's vegetable patch. If I whizz fast enough, the mud washes off on the damp grass. I don't know why mum complained as I dug over the soil ready for the potatoes and I'm also a self cleaning white dog! Mum had an email today saying that Hamish has to go to our vet's to have a needle stuck in him but mum says it's much cheaper up here than down there so OTL'S wallet would be much happier living up here. We're off to Scotland in the caravan for Easter so we've been promised lots of walks on the beach. Then Mum's coming down South to go to one of TM'S masterclasses, so I might see if I can hide in her suitcase and come with her. I'd have to smuggle Hamish too this time though as I can't leave him behind on his own. Take care my southern friends. Love, wags, woofs and licks from Izzy and Hamish xx xx xx xx
