Saturday is for relaxing!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and the super Freddy de Ferret!

We love Saturdays, Old Two Legs stays in bed an extra fifteen minutes! The Missus is normally off to a Master Class or like today, a 'Crop' at the village hall!

It wasn't too cold this morning but there was no sun shining down on us!

We met up with young Poppy who had been to the 'Poodle Parlour' for a 'Short Back and Sides!'

Of course, after a quick 'Hello' to OTL she then sat down to watch May and April playing on the sand.

They are Sooo Funny!
We were all having a good time and I managed to find a really good pile of smelly to roll in!

OTL spotted Kez the Kestrel hovering above the ground looking for his breakfast!

Here Mousy Mousy!
Back home we had a visit from a man who is to give our double glazed windows some TLC. The windows and doors need some re-aligning to bring it all back up to original specifications!

Holly and I woofed at the man but got a bit bored as he was 'Talking Technical' to OTL who seemed to understand what he was saying!

We went off to the office and curled up on our cushions and had a super snooze.

We were a bit late going out at lunchtime 'cos OTL decided to have a snooze!

Freddy and Wendy didn't mind and were awake when OTL got them out of their cage.

Down on the beach Freddy was playing Dozzers. He does love a good dig in the sand and it also helps to keep his claws trimmed to length.

Now watch this Sand Slinging!
Wendy went off to hunt for the Slimy Thing that is rumoured to be hiding under the sea weed.

I wonder if it is here?
Freddy left off digging when he heard that Wendy was chasing a Big Slimy Thing but as it was Holly who said that, we think she was just winding Freddy up again!

Well, it looks like a rock to me!
I thought it was very funny, I mean, Freddy thinking a rock was a Slimy Thing!

Just what does he think there is under that sea weed?
TM was off to a Crop at the village hall and on our way back from our walk we all dropped into the village hall to see what time TM wanted to be picked up. Of course we woofed our way into the hall while Freddy and Wendy went in tucked up in their Ferret Bag.

We all said 'Hello' and Holly mugged a bit of biscuit from a lady in the kitchen!

Freddy and Wendy both got loads of cuddles and strokes, but no nibbles!

Tonight I think the F1 recordings are going to be watched 'cos there are loads of programs have been recorded!

I can see Holly and I will be snoozing on the sofa tonight!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

  1. Evening all, good to hear you had a nice relaxing day. I bet the ladies at the village hall were very pleased you dropped in to say hello. Did you still have your sniff when you went down there? Them men TL's do like a bit of technical talk. I went out first thing this morning and it was drizzling ...... wasn't very nice but I did get some good muggings up the sweet shop, I got quite a few bits of carrot. I met up with another woofer in the shop, she was wearing a muzzle, her mum said it was cos she keeps picking up rubbish in the street and eating it and giving herself the grumbly tums. I'm glad my mum doesn't put one of them muzzle things on me. Poppy does look the business with her new hair do, did the page 3 girls like it? I helped my mum make another card today, she kept her bag zips done up though so I couldn't pinch anything, she says she's missing some tops off her water pens .......... I'm not saying anything, nothing to do with me! We've had a relaxing day as well today cos mum has been very tired this week ..... I don't mind having a siesta. Super Fred does love his trenches in the sand, I bet they look like crop circles from above. Did Wendy manage to catch the slimy thing? How about ratty, has be been caught yet? You want to be careful he don't move his family in, underneath your shed seems to be a very inviting place to live. Well I think it's time for me to have my pre-bed snooze. Take care all and have a good evening, hope the weather is good tomorrow. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx

  2. What lovely pictures there are today, really super to see you all enjoying yourselves, fortunately OTL didn't capture that big slimy thing in the camera or what the smelly stuff was, lucky for us! I bet those ladies were pleased to see you and didn't mind the interruption as it was in a good cause. Poppy looks so neat with her new hair cut probably a bit chilly in places and Freddie and Wendy are getting the hang of this Godwin Household life with its cuddles, nibbles and beach combing. Hope the windows are pleased to be realigned, it sounds very technical, does it actually mean that they have slipped somehow? More opening of OTL's wallet, better make sure he goes to the doggie shop first. Have a super duper Sunday with a little lay in, hope TM doesn't disturb you when she watches F1 live from Australia better take your ear muffs to bed. xxxxxx
