Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret here!
It has been another of those days when everything has been messed about with and some of us have missed out!
Let me tell you what I mean!
First of all Old Two Legs was up an hour earlier than normal 'cos he says he has a 'Lot to do'. Which was OK as far as Holly and I were concerned, more time snoozing on OTL's pillow!
Well, we got out much earlier and even the ferrets thought it was a bit off getting woken up before normal. Mind you, that didn't stop them mugging OTL for some nibbles and a slurp of Ferretone!
Down on the beach it was a bit blowy and there was rain in the air, so we didn't hang about too long!
OTL had forgotten the camera, so there are no pictures of Holly being a big tart in front of Bert!
We were left at home while OTL went off to have his eyes measured for some new glasses. Yes, he came out crying and saying that the opticians are as bad as vets!
I don't know what he is complaining about just think how much he would get charged if us woofers needed glasses!
OTL came back with some radios he had to re-programme and take back today!
He is such a busy boy!
Next we were off to collect some radios for delivery today and after collecting them we went down to the sea front at Herne Bay!
It's a really strange place 'cos it has the end of a pier out in the sea but there is no way of getting out to it unless you had a boat!
We meet a Herne Bay Woofer! |
We had a sniff and ferret around and Holly got us in trouble. You see she found a sniff on the wind and followed it, that was until OTL chased after her and put her on the lead. Now normally I wouldn't be bother but OTL decided to put me on the lead as well!
We headed back to deliver the radios and then home for a pre dinner snooze!
Tonight we have got Lambs Heart for us but we are not sure what OTL has in mind for himself.
One thing is for sure, he will not be dining on curry 'cos he had it last night!
Fate was kind to him after all!
We will be up early tomorrow to pick Zoe and Paul from Heathrow, at 08:30hr!
That means that OTL will have to be up at four in the morning to get everything done and on the road in time to get through all the morning traffic around the M25!
Still, we will have fun blowing raspberries at all the other cars!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.
Evening Daisy and co, Arch's mum here. Now that new beach doesn't look quite as good as your own beach. Glad you managed a small lay in before you were dragged out at the crack of dawn. Hope you get to bed early tonight because you'll be up before the crack tomorrow by the sounds of things. Hope OTL has something tasty for his dinner tonight, so glad you got some good scoff today. At the end of a very long day, Arch's vet has phoned to say they have found the problem and one more night on his drip and some new medication and hopefully he will be home tomorrow evening and able to read your blog for himself. He has been a very good boy and didn't need any nasty needles to knock him out for his xrays, he laid on the table very still so that they could take some photos of him. Mr Nipper and his boy and me are all very pleased to hear such good news because we were very worried that they might find something inside that shouldn't be there. Mr Nipper and I are going to have an early night so that we can take good care of Arch when he gets home. I bet you can't wait for Mrs TM to come back home again. Have a good evening and save plenty of energy for blowing raspberries tomorrow, hope the M25 doesn't have any hold ups for you all.
ReplyDeleteWell that was a different day starting with a lay in and tomorrow up early on the M25 to catch one of those planes, pity they couldn't land at Rochester for you but I suppose it is no good asking. Nice lambs hearts in your tummies and raspberries at the ready there is no stopping you two. Herne Bay made a change, funny that pier where did the middle go? OTL has been busy, has he done all the decorating or will he use not having new glasses as an excuse? Poor Archie still not home, I bet he is sulking by now but I hope he gets home tomorrow, I can see lots of fuss everywhere. There's you all with TM, the little TL's with their mummy and daddy, Archie with his mum and TM home with her little ones and OTL. Sounds GRAND, take care safe journeys all round and lots of cuddles xxxxxx.
ReplyDeleteWell it's about time those vets found out what is troubling young Archie Babe! Good news that they can do something about it as well!
ReplyDeleteLicks and Wags from all the gang here! Keep yer tail up!
Thank you Daisy and Gang, hopefully at last he can have his BLUE bandage off today if the drip comes out. xxxxx
