Didn't it rain this morning?
We hung about before going out and Old Two Legs was busy studying the radar looking for a 'Window' in the rain clouds.
We got down to the car park and waited five minutes before setting off down to the beach.
We never got down to the beach, we did a quick wee and a poo and headed back to the car!
It was just too wet!
Lunchtime the rain had stopped so we picked up Fred and Wendy and headed off to have a dig in the sand!
Freddy Boy was the first on the beach and started to dig straight away!

Then they chased each other almost all the way back to the car park!

This is a small ship that is used as a car transporter and the vehicles Roll on and Roll off, hence the name of 'Ro-Ro'!

Holly and I are looking forward to having a ride in the new car but OTL says we got to have clean paws before we will be allowed inside!
Dirty paws? Us? Never!

evening all down by the seaside. We seem to have had the opposite weather to you, it was dry this morning, rained lunchtime then dried up for the afternoon. Loved the pictures today. You're getting lots of ships passing by for you to tick off your list. I take it that no one made a bid for freedom today. We had the garden man and his boy round all day, I made several inspections and do you know wot? Well, they were so worried about the frogs that they put them in a big tub to keep them safe and they say they will release them when they've finished. Now I wanted to inspect the tub cos I saw one of my little froggy friends hanging upside down by his back foot trying to escape. The man put him back in the tub and put a thing on the top to stop any more escapees. They said there a lots of frogs in the tub. Now if only my mum was coming down this weekend she could have brought you a big tub of the choicest, plump frogs that like escaping from things. I think once they are released they'll be hopping all over the place and looking for new places to hide. Sounds good that you'll be getting your new car, tell OTL to wipe your paws before you get in and then there won't be a problem. Hope you got decent scoff today and are getting some tasty muggings tonight. ReplyDeleteOh well that's the end of proper scoff for a while until OTL saves up some more money to go shopping, watch out that he doesn't get his nose into your bowl, what with the ferrets nicking your biscuits and OTL and TM after your posh scoff you are going to go hungry. This ship spotting is getting good, I am now waiting to see what vessel comes by your shores tomorrow. I am glad you just missed the rain, those black clouds didn't look very nice, not the sort of day to be far from the car, you must get little boots for the new car then you will be allowed in it. The rabbits were wise today safely down their burrows, have a good new car Saturday xxxxxx
