Hello Woofers!

OK, so we knew he was going to the Kent County Show on his own today but it is just not the same here when he goes! Mind you, he has brought back a load of photographs of some of the stuff he saw today, no boats or ships, just country things!

The sheep were easier to handle and this one got third place!

The goats were all cute looking and this on offered Old Two Legs a chew of his dinner!

There were some really cute ones on show, this is a Guernsey Gold, or was it a Golden Guernsey?

OTL said there were some terrible machines in use down in the sheep area. This sheep wouldn't stand still so it got put into this metal contraption. I would have told her that she should try to Poodle Parlour and see the machines we have to put up with!

This little Jacob sheep saw what was happening and stood perfectly still ready to get a brush before going into the ring!

This Peregrine Falcon was happy letting the wind blow through her feathers!

There were people making Horse Shoes but it looked like very hot work!

There were motorcyclist jumping over big gaps and trying to hang onto their bikes. I reckon they would be in trouble if a police man saw what they were doing!

Of course, OTL stopped at the Harrietsham Ferret Rescue stand and cuddled some ferrets and played with others!
He got a Text from The Missus who told him he can't have any more!

OTL reckons he bumped into someone famous, but couldn't remember his name!

So, OTL is back home now and we are sorting out a suitable bag and water bottle and water bowl to take with us tomorrow. We have been told there is a stand that does 'Doggy Treats', so, you know where we will be stopping first thing tomorrow!

Evening little neglected maties down by the seaside. Wot a cheek, fancy leaving you home alone. Who took you on your walks? Those pictures are very good but there's no woofers in them and woofers are cuter than coos and goats and sheep any day of the week in my book. I reckon OTL should buy out the woofer treats stall tomorrow to make up to you for leaving you behind. That sheep in that thing made me remember going to the groomers this morning. Wot a nightmare, there I was being all licky and nice and I got plonked in a bath, showered, shampooed, showered, brushed, dried, clipped, brushed again the squirted with stinky stuff. I had to have a lay down when I got home. Well my mum reckons she's going on an away day tomorrow ......WITHOUT ME ....... can you believe it? She's coming down to fling some glitter and glue with your Mrs TM and leaving me home with my boy. She says your auntie Sue is meeting her there as well. My mum says she will bring down the spare travel box we have and if it's no good to OTL maybe he knows someone who could give it a good home. I'm sure I spied some treats in the kitchen that I know I can't have, now I wonder who they are for? Anyways, happy muggings tonight, enjoy yourselves tomorrow and have lots of fun. ReplyDeleteHello there Daisy I see OTL managed one ferret and no dogs today but his pictures were really lovely especially the Golden Guernsey Gold or what ever it was, such a beautiful colour. I feel sorry for that sheep, poor thing, I don't believe the poodle parlour has such things! You are pulling our tails, you and Archie, the goat had sense perhaps goats are clever. Enjoy yourselves tomorrow at the Kent County Show, get some nice treats from the Treat Stand and stay away from the sheep machine you don't want to do any testing. I will call into see that TM is managing with her Master Class and am really looking forward to seeing Archies' mum. Get some sleep and I hope it isn't too warm for you but OTL will take care of you. xxxxxx
