Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!
It has been another super sunny day, there was a slight breeze, just enough to keep your nose cool!
This morning we met up with young Dave who we hadn't seen for a little while. He was well chuffed to see Old Two Legs again and as a reward OTL gave his tail a tickle which Dave just loves!

Trouble with OTL is that he has so much paper to shred that the machine keeps overheating!
Lunchtime we managed to time it just right, when we got to the beach the tide was right the way in and up the top of the beach. The only problem was that there was too much sea weed sloshing about and it looked really Yucky!

The ferrets were walking along the shore, just on the edge of the water as it came crashing up the beach, Freddy just loves a wet tummy in this warm weather!

Freddy said he would go and get it for me and waddled off down to the waters edge and after the ball!

He got out to the ball, grabbed it and headed back towards OTL!

Yo furry friends down by the seaside. It has been another hottie, we've had a very slight breeze here but not enough to keep my nose cool. Lovely pictures today. That little chap Dave is very cute, I can see why he loves to see OTL. Well wot a hero that Freddy is, he braved them big waves to go and rescue your ball, I think he does deserve your chew tonight. That water did look a bit yukky, I hope you're over your sneezes now. I think Holly is quite sensible to sit and watch rather than get wet. Me and my mum have had another day of sorting out cupboards, it's never ending, the amount of clothes those TL's need, I dunno why they just don't grow fur like us woofers. ReplyDeleteI wasn't able to look at your lovely stories while we were away because Michael connected his camera memory card to the Mac to download and it gobbled up his internet usage, silly internet. So I was left not being able to use any in case he ran out and had to pay mega for more. Home now lovely time although half the Balloon Fiesta was too windy so no balloons. Fortunately we had two days worth of them but now Michael is upset and annoyed because Picassa has been retired so he has sent OTL an e-mail and wants to telephone him when convenient.
ReplyDeleteDave does look funny glad you met up with him again though. Freddy is very brave and how generous of him to fetch your ball, he does deserve a treat and I hope you shared one with him. OTL must only do some of his shredding and then leave the poor machine to cool down, that way it will last longer, he is too impatient! Hope your sneezes stopped because it is hard to eat whilst sneezing, all that nasty water got up your poor little nose, I hope Holly didn't laugh at you. xxxxxx
