Glue Slappers R Us!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

It was a late night last night and so we didn't exactly get up at our normal time, Old Two Legs was all of ten minutes late in getting up!

Mind you, the ferrets were all fast asleep 'cos it was still dark!

Holly was tucked up next to OTL and I was in the office snoozing on my bed!

Down on the beach we had a good game. OTL had brought the rubber ball and although the tide was out we all had a good game of 'Chase the Ball' and 'Let's Bury The Ball'!

May was chasing me up and down the beach 'cos she wanted dig a hole and bury it.

Come on, Giss The Ball!
She got it a couple of times but in the end it was Holly and I who buried it at the bottom of a whacking great hole!

OK, That's deep enough!
What we didn't tell May was that while it looked like we buried the ball, in fact Holly had sneaked it away while May wasn't looking. So May was digging to find it but it wasn't there!

Just how far down is this ball?
In the end OTL got the ball off us and wrapped it up in a Poo Bag and put it back in the ferret bag for tomorrow!

We got back home and found the Glue Slappers were still snoring their heads off! I mean, just how long do they sleep for?

Holly reckons they must be half ferret needing all that sleep!

Lunchtime we all headed down to the beach again and everyone was snapping away with their cameras. Freddy Boy was having fun by striking a pose and as soon as anyone lifted their camera to take a picture, he would turn his head away or poke his tongue out!

How's this for a 'Regale Look?'
OTL got instructions to take a photo of the 'Three Glue Slappers' while they rested on a bench. Holly and I kept a watch out for woofers 'cos the ferrets were allowed to run around in the grass on their own!

The finest bunch of Glue Slappers on the Beach!
Back home we watched the F1 Racing but to be honest, it was a bit boring, not much overtaking!

Mind you, we fell asleep half way through!

It's a good job The Missus recorded it all 'cos we can watch it during the week when the Two Legs are working!

I'm not sure what we got for dinner tonight but I can sniff the curry bubbling away on the cooker, so I think we may get a bit of Naan Bread dipped in the gravy, but nothing else!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

  1. Evening little maties down by the seaside with the tastey looking glue slappers. You lot were lucky to get a lay in today, I had to get up early and start guarding the house while my mum was at work. I'm thinking of asking for a rise in my treat money, it's so dark when I get up that early. Loved all the pictures today. Miss May really does like digging with you and Holly chops, I bet she gets worried when she digs down to find the ball and it's not there. That Freddy chap is a right tart! Look at him flirting and posing! Did all them glue slappers get tiddly last night? Don't tell me Mrs TM was still snoring after you got home from your first walk, she never stays in bed. I hope you manage to get a dip of the naan bread this evening. Have a lovely evening all, I'm off to do an early patrol of the grounds, there's been several pesky squirrels in the garden today. Looking forward to reading your adventures tomorrow. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx

  2. Lovely story today, did Freddy get his make up on before going out with the young ladies? They don't seem very gluey or glittery so they must have cleaned up well, how nice that they could stay and have extra time with their creativeness. Poor Miss May, fancy teasing her like that he, he, pleased you still have the ball for tomorrow you can't keep loosing them, there must be a ball tracker somewhere or OTL could manufacture one! Hope TM had Naan bread for your dip, mmm lovely, makes me feel hungry, we already had a huge slice of chocolate cake this afternoon brought by Margaret when she came for a cuppa with her friend Betty who was visiting. So full up that we had dinner at 8pm now your are telling me about curry and naan bread and I feel peckish. Don't discuss food tomorrow it is not good for me. xxxxx
