Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!
We were looking at the weather forecast this morning and the run of sunny days looks like it ends today! Tomorrow we should be back to floods and thunder and lightening and torrential rain storms but the afternoon should be 'Changeable'!
Mind you, it didn't stop me and May having a game of 'Dig the Ball' on the beach!

I suppose we'll have to tell The Missus the sniffy socks are stored in her card room and there is one under the stairs as well!
Lunchtime we were down the beach again, Fred and Wendy decided they would come as well 'cos they wanted to play in the sand.
The tide was in, so Holly stayed up the beach, I went in swimming and Wendy decided to dig a ferret sized hole!

Back home we all fell asleep in Old Two Leg's office, except OTL who was playing on the computer doing something called 'Invoicing'! I don't really understand it but it seems to make him happy, so we let him get on with it!
We are expecting some 'Glue Slappers' tomorrow so we have been told to be on our best behaviour!

Evening little maties down by the seaside. Looks like you all had a lot of fun today on the beach. Miss May does seem to have taken a liking to your ball, mind I suppose you have to remember that she found it when it was lost in a hole. Glad to hear that Miss Wendy and Freddy managed to get down to the beach today. Good Holly chops for doing the woofer watch, she does look fiercesome sat up there keeping her eyes open for woofers. Wot a shame that the swimming days are coming to an end for the year soon. I bet you will miss your dips and chasing sticks in the water. We've been watching the forecasts and they reckon there are going to be some storms with some flash bangs this evening. I don't mind, I usually sleep thru them. My mum is off to work tomorrow morning so she'll probably sleep thru them as well. My boy and Mrs boy are in London again, they're going on the London Eye ......... do you reckon that's like Holly's eye and keeping a watch out for woofers? Then they're going on a river cruise, now I don't know how far down the river they're going, I wonder if they'll pass your beach? Me and my mum are staying home and guarding the premises. Is that Amanda calling you names, tut tut, how dare she. You have all had fun today with digging, swimming and watching, keep it up while the warm weather lasts, I am hoping for dry on Saturday as I am in Shorne Country Park for six hours asking questions.
ReplyDeleteBetter be on best behaviour tomorrow with the glue slappers in attendance, don't forget to do the "I am half starved" look and with Holly doing the other half starved you should do well. Get there before the furries or all will be lost. Glad you still have the ball, stay out of trouble and watch out for Mr and Mrs Boy...... xxxxxx
