Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!
It's been a funny day today, sort of nothing really happening but still loads of questions that need answering!
It started this morning when we were out with May and Eric. Eric wants to know just everything about everything and has got into the 'Why?' question!
You know, 'What is this sniff? I think it is weasel wee, Why? 'Cos it sniffs like weasel wee, Why? Cos I've sniffed weasels wee before and it is just like this sniff, Why? Cos all weasel wee sniffs like that, Why? Cos all Weasels sniff the same, Why? .......................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then he decides that he is the best hunter on the beach and hides under a pile of grass and invites us to find him!

Back home Eric decided to 'Help' OTL to clear the cages of last nights poo pile and tried to empty the bowl of water into the cage!
OTL was not a Happy Puppy and in the end shut Eric out of the office until the cleaning was all done!
That didn't stop him scratching on the door and asking 'Why have you locked me out? Why? Just tell me, Why?'
For some reason OTL turned up the volume on the TV!
Lunchtime arrived and we were off again for a walk. Holly had eaten her Lambs Heart and had been given a treat. When OTL called her to get her harness on, she was panicking in case I snaffled it and she nearly missed out on a walk!
In the end she gave it to The Missus who put it on the shelf, just out of my reach!
Down on the beach Fred and Wendy said that it was just too damp and windy to enjoy a rampage and they both agreed that it would be more comfortable tucked up in the ferret bag, all warm and snug like!

Wendy had a quick sniff and decided it was warmer trotting along the Sea Wall to keep warm!

Tomorrow OTL is off to the dentist to have some tooth roots extracted, sounds rather painful to us, still it can't be as painful as will be extracting OTL's wallet to pay for it!

Evening maties. Sounds like Eric wants to learn about everything, so you have to ask questions when you want to learn. If he keeps going he'll be as wise as Holly chops. Poor little Eric, trying to help OTL with the cleaning and then getting locked out, I hope his little feelings weren't hurt. We can always swap Mr Nipper for Eric, Mr Nipper doesn't do helping and he don't care wot wee came from wot animal, he just likes sniffing all sniffs. Fancy Holly not trusting you with her dinner, I'm sure you wouldn't have pinched it, just done a quality check on it. I feel for Wendy and Freddy, they've only got short little legs so I bet they feel all the damp from the sand and the grass, I know I'd sooner be carried than walk when the weather is cold and damp. Hope OTL gets on ok tomorrow, my mum had a bit of tooth root that broke off and stayed in her gum, she told the dentist she wasn't parting up with any more money so it could stay where it was, so it has. Hope OTL will be brave when it comes to parting up with his hard earned cash tomorrow. Have a nice snuggly evening and have some delicious muggings. ReplyDeleteJust first of all I hope OTL gets on well at the dentist because you need him for so many things, setting up the computer, taking pictures, shuffling poo, earning the cash, so versatile you can't have him at home slacking over a little root xxx.
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures again, Eric is changing all the time and learning a lot, as long as he doesn't keep asking the same questions. I don't blame Holly for not trusting you with her dinner, wise old TM for moving it. Hope her rear hasn't suffered from the prickle, Holly's that is, not TM's unless she has also fallen foul of a little thistle. Keep snug and dry and try answering the questions! xxxxxx
