A Whole 2 Seconds!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here!

Well, what a good thing to happen, the night last night was two seconds shorter!

Bet you didn't know that!

It's a good job you have us to let you know these important facts!

Another thing that puzzles everyone is.........do Brant Geese taste like Chicken?

Well, Holly Chops has been doing some research on this and has been sniffing the sniffs that come from them when they have been up wind of us.

Results are now in and Holly says that they taste 'Muddy with a little fishy sniff' this is due to amount of shrimps they eat!

Nah! Shrimpy and muddy!
It was still hard not to chase them but the water looked cold and you could see we were not going to catch them!

We'd rather have Turkey or Chicken or Fillet Steak!
We were late going for our lunchtime walk and I got a little desperate so Old Two Legs let me loose in the field behind the house, which was a relief!

Then we went down the beach in the big car 'cos The Missus had pinched it to do some last minute shopping at the Co-Op!

OTL wouldn't let us sit on the seats and we had to stay in the back 'cos he said we had 'Muddy Paws'!

Cheek!

We had fun on the beach doing a high speed 'Dig & Whizz' and we both ended up with sand all over us!

Dig an Whizz!
Being 'Sandy Woofers' does have a down side. Like, we got tied up to the cargo section of the Big Car which stopped us sitting on the seats!

Mind you, Fred and Wendy had to stay in their travelling cage but that is normal for them!

Now, what is all this showing off just 'cos Izzy visits? Sitting on Mummy's lap? Archie Babe, you're being a big woose!

Little Izzy is a lovely woofer!

Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, so we're looking forward to doing some serious mugging over the next few days!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Afternoon little sandy maties. Hasn't it been cold today, it was so cold that I refused to walk again so I got taken for a walk in the car up to the shops to see Brenda and pick up parcel for my boy. Now then, I've got a theory to run past Holly chops, do you reckon them geese will taste like chicken if you put them in the oven with some roast potatoes? I bet with a bit of gravy they might just taste like chicken. Fancy OTL making you go in the boot of the car, boooooo hisssss. I did like Miss Missie but I'm just not used to lady callers, I've mainly got boy woofer mates and they don't come to the house very much, my mum said I had to be a gentleman so I was a bit worried cos I don't know about lady woofers coming in here. I did have a good sniff of her, she sniffed nice, but then again she'd had a bath the night before she came. I did let her come out in my garden with me and I let her do a wee in it. I let her sit on my mums lap with me. I must admit that after she went home I did wander round inside and out looking to see if she was hiding from me somewhere. Hope you get your serious muggings, try not to get the grumblies. Have a lovely snooze and I'm looking forward to your adventures tomorrow. Me and my mum are hoping to stay in, in the warm tomorrow, if it's not too cold I might even agree to go on a walk with her as long as it's not too far. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx

  2. Well we heard no rampaging from Sparkle in the wee small hours and this afternoon worried because we hadn't seen her Michael had a look in the bedding in her bed box and there she was. She had a little of her biscuity thing, quick slurp of water, short wander round then back to bed we have left a little nibble on her wheel dish so we will know if she has been out. It is certainly boring being a Pygmy Hamster not at all like the life you lead. Must agree with those minders of yours that mud and sand don't go with car but at least OTL didn't make you both walk home from the beach, I can picture it now with you and Holly with big harnesses tethered to the car and OTL calling out "Woofers Roll", as you charge along the Grain Road!
By the next time you write we will have another two seconds of daytime, yippee. I hope TM enjoyed the Co-op, there a lot of people out there who don't know Christmas is nearly here so Frantic Friday will turn into Sysmic Saturday and then the shops are closed for ................................ a whole day, I hope you have enough supplies in, you can always call in Sunday for a bit of turkey if the minders let you down also you can have a carrot, Holly will have to have a parsnip. xxxxxx
