It's Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here!
Sunday is a quiet day here in this household!
Old Two Legs has been playing with the email accounts trying to get them to talk to each other and get 'Washed' before they arrives at the computer proper. It is supposed to help prevent all those nasty things that mess your computer up and steal your passwords and stuff!
Holly and I have been keeping him company, well we have been snoozing at his feet!
A Snoozing Holly Chops! |
My bed is under the desk and it is out of the way of ferrets and drafts!
A Very Comfortable Daisy Dog! |
We'll do our digging on the beach thanks! |
Once back home and after the cage cleaning OTL got out the 'Holiday Cage' that has recently arrived. It's a couple of collapsible plastic material things that you could use to contain a mini two legs or a couple of small woofers.
No! Don't get any ideas!
May and Eric had a play in it and decided that it needs some toys and a bed in it before they will use it again!
OTL had some extra play time with Fred and Wendy to make up for yesterday and he managed to wear them out! Freddy was going potty in the bathroom whizzing around on his back while OTL tickled his tummy!
Wendy was having a great time hiding nibbles of food around the house but Freddy was following behind her and eating the stash!
After our morning snooze we headed out for our lunchtime walk.
So, there we were, Holly and I, Wendy and Freddy de Ferret heading down to the beach for a dig in the sand and what did we see?
What the Woofing Heck! |
It seemed like we had got a contest today!
Mind you, we have had this thing before and no one ever catches anything, except a cold!
We were going onto the beach but OTL said that there would be loads of hooks and lead weights flying about and that it would be too dangerous!
Another five minutes until the start! |
Cheat! Cheat! Cheat! |
Back home we got a chew each, Holly and me that is, and we headed off to our snoozing spots!
Not sure what is for dinner tonight but we will be offering to help OTL 'cos his temporary bridge has fallen out again!
Holly reckons that he should just leave it as it is and let him remain ugly every time he smiles!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.
A busy day for a lazy day it seems to me, all that chasing and tickling and snoozing and chewing, poor Holly Chops, I think you should take it in turns to try sleeping in the draught next to those restless souls. I suppose you will claim that as you were there first you get the pick ........... fair enough I suppose! I hope those fisherman caught something nice for their supper after all their efforts, how about getting the car out and popping down to offer them a couple of tins of Allhallows' Finest Doggie Scoff? Maybe they would go somewhere else to fish! The travel cage sounds perfect but I hope they are not considering taking one of Auntie Zoe's little ones away as well. We took our Daisy Girl to Rochester Dickens Festival and managed not to loose her in the crush, we didn't venture in the marquee in the Castle Gardens, 40 ish people queuing to enter then walk in, round and through before crushing to get out the other end, you would not have liked it nor TM and OTL. Nice pictures, we have a new picture of our Daisy in a Snow Globe as well as the same picture in a frame, so that was nice. Hear from you tomorrow, I will be waiting xxxxxx. PS sorry about that temporary bridge, not a cheese sandwich again?
ReplyDeleteEvening little maties down by the cold seaside. I like lazy days, we was going to have one when my mum got home from work but our neighbours had other ideas and kept us awake with hammering, drilling and barking. My mum could hardly keep her eyes open so I crept up and I woofed a loud woof, just the one, she nearly jumped out of her skin, firstly I only woof on rare occasions, I don't need to woof cos the 2 woofers next door and the one over the back have got it covered. So will the ferrets be going in this thingy that's arrived? If it's plastic will they be able to chew thru it? Mr Nipper would be thru it in no time, cos we've still got him in a cage with electric bars. Did Miss May and Eric think much of the wormy man and the fishermen? I hope they didn't take up all of your beach, it's yours and you were there first, they should ask permission to come on it. Good to hear that Wendy and Freddie had a good playtime, I bet they're worn out now. Freddie is clever to follow Wendy when she's stashing stuff away. You and Holly chops look very cosy on your beds. Can't OTL give his emails to Mrs TM to wash, I mean she washes all the other stuff, she could put them in with the ferret blankets. Sorry to hear OTL's bridge has given way again, I hope the dentist doesn't charge him again, sounds like there's a structural fault with it to me. It's very kind of you to offer to help OTL with his dinner, specially if he's missing some teeth to chew with, I hope he appreciates the help and how kind you both are to him. Have a good evening, stay warm and cosy and enjoy the muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx
