A Quiet Saturday.

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here.

Well, not a lot to report today. We were up early 'cos The Missus had to take all her stuff up to the village hall for the Master Class today.

So, off we went while it was still dark and misty and with just a hint of rain in the air.

Down on the beach it was all grey and misty as well, not the most exciting dawn we have seen this week!

Not very awe inspiring is it?
Back home it was cage cleaning and finishing off the last bits of paperwork left over from the past week.

May and Eric had a great time rampaging about the house and kicking the ping pong balls all over the place. When they had finished it was Fred and Wendy's turn to have some fun.

As well as playing 'Tickle Tums' with Old Two Legs they spent time exploring the kitchen and all the places where our treats are kept.

OTL was up stairs in the office when he heard a whirling sound like an electric thingy working. So, off went OTL to find out what was making the noise. Now the Washing Machine and the Dishwasher don't have 'Delayed Starts' on them so he was looking at the Bread Making Engine or maybe a Food Mixer that might have gone off but when he got to the kitchen he found the electric carpet sweeper going full blast!

It seems that one of the ferrets had jumped down off the shelf where the treats are kept and landed on the 'Start' button on the sweeper and off it went!

Of course, neither of the ferrets would admit to starting the sweeper but OTL thinks it could be Miss Wendy!

Lunchtime  we we back on the beach again and nothing had changed, it was still grey and misty!

Inspiring?
Well, not the best shot he has taken!

We spotted some branches that were covered in Lichen that looked good against the dull weather, so we suggested a shot, just to brighten up the blog!

The other colours are green and black!
Freddy and Wendy spent some time sniffing around on the beach but in the end had to give up 'cos there just were not the sniffs around!

I must say, this is a bit boring, not even a Weasel Wee!
Back home we got our monthly dose of anti flea stuff that OTL puts on our shoulders. OTL will have to get some for the ferrets this week 'cos he has run out of the stuff.

That means we will get some nibbles if we go with him 'cos he has to go to the Doggy Shop to get the anti flea stuff!

Yum! Yum!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret

  1. So TM now has some help with the carpet cleaning duties, fortunately the sweeper doesn't move forward unless it is pushed so for today there was no danger of a flattened swept up ferret. The weather has been dull, dull, dull and now it is dark and dull and also dank, a Chinese Takeaway tonight just to cheer ourselves up. Plawn Clackers with Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls and maybe Beef Chop Suey and Special Flied Lice, sounds good to me. I will give you a thought when eating the Plawn Clackers as I know how much you love them. Sunday tomorrow, day of rest and fun with more chasing after ping pong balls, I hope you didn't loose too many treats at the paws of those ferrets this morning. I shall be looking out for the work that TM's class did today, I expect great things. We spent a couple of hours 155 meters up the Walkie Talkie building yesterday, floor 35 in the lift so easy travelling. Bye for now xxxxxx

  2. Evening little maties. You have had a quiet day except for Miss Wendy getting the turbo broomstick going. I reckon Mrs TM has been having a word and training her to do the sweeping. Now I went down the vets this morning cos it's my butt checking week, all is fine with my butt I'm happy to report and I got lots of cuddles as well. My mum says I am going to have a birthday on Monday if I'm a good boy, she says I'm getting a big boy now so I need to start being a bit more sensible, now I'm not sure that 5 makes me a big boy. I hope Holly chops is finished with the grumblies now so that if OTL has to go to the woofer treat shop she can choose a few nice treats to munch on. Sue and Michaels takeaway sounds good, flied lice and plawn clackers....... hmmmmm yummmmmmmmm. My mum and my boy are having pizza tonight. I hope Mrs TM enjoyed her masterclass today, shame though that poor OTL is still doing paperwork at the weekend. The weather here has been miserable. I'm off for a patrol of the grounds and premises. Have a lovely evening, stay warm and snuggly and enjoy any muggings, love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx
