Us here, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.
Well, here it is, the last day of the holiday and we are making the most of it!
We have left Old Two Legs to finish of his paperwork before tomorrow.
This morning we were up at the proper time and managed to get down to the Sea Wall just as the sun was getting up.
Good Morning Sun Shine! |
We have been watching the weather forecast and see that overnight the temperature is due to go down as low as five degrees below freezing!
I can see our fleece jackets will be worn tomorrow and if it's too cold the ferrets will stay in bed!
May and Eric didn't mind the cold this morning 'cos as soon as they hit the beach they are charging off towards the grass where they both enjoy a good 'Ferret Around' to see what is hiding under the grass!
It was different at lunch time. Fred and Wendy were a little sleepy after rampaging around the house and of course after a drink of Lactose Free Milk, some Chicken Strips, a few Nodules from the dog bowl and stuffing their chops full of Brambles Biscuits, all they wanted to do was sleep it all off!
OTL insisted they get some exercise and both spent most of the walk chasing OTL to get back in the bag again!
Holly and I had our normal sniff around the beach and of course we both had a good woof at a passing visitor who was on a lead!
Hey! Look a Bozo on a lead! |
We like being hooligans!
Izzy has sent some pictures of the pups and although the focus is a bit fuzzy, they still look gorgeous!
You know they have doubled their weight already!
I said that they are doing what Holly does, double her weight after eating dinner!
See you all tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.
Evening little maties. Well it's been a very cold day here, quite frosty this morning so Jack hasn't disappeared with the Christmas decorations. Glad to hear April and Eric enjoyed their walk this morning, but poor Wendy and Freddie, fancy being made to go out when they're stuffed and wanting to snooze. The puppies look super and growing fast. Did Holly chops give you a smack when you said about doubling her weight? I was left on my own to fend off all the intruders this morning, I didn't let anyone in so all our stuff is safe, mind, I keep my favourite toys in my cage with me so they'd be very hard pushed to pinch them. Poor OTL, having to work on a bank holiday, I think work should be banned on a bank holiday. Don't forget to wrap up warm tomorrow if it's going to be colder. I can hear dinner being done so I'm off to sniff in the kitchen for any dropped morsels. Have a lovely evening and stay warm and get in plenty of muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteWow Fred and Wendy are eating you all out of house and home and at this rate I don't think there will be any food in the Godwin household, if you get hungry pop over and I will see what I can find. You would like the Treeslets, they are like Cheeselets but in the shape of a Christmas tree! Those pups look adorable, I should imagine that they don't stay still long enough for a still picture. Holly won't be best pleased if she reads about doubling her weight when she eats, where has your sisterly love gone and it is only the second day of the year.
ReplyDeleteWell done on Archie and his guarding, he is a real ally you must get him on board to help next time he comes to visit, probably give you a few tips. We have had a blue sky all day today and went to Mote Park for a second dose of blue, I did see on Faceache someone in Rochester complaining that the sky was all grey. I hope that OTL has finished his paperwork now and you haven't told me the whereabouts of the Turbo Broomstick, I keep looking out overhead in case it comes sweeping by, if I see it I will let you know. Stay warm tomorrow, it has only rained half of the hear so far! xxxxxx
