Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here!
We were up early this morning, not that we wanted to be up early, it was The Missus clumping around the house in the early hours, getting stuff out of her store room and loading the car up. Oh, and making twenty cups of coffee to make up for the lack of caffeine yesterday when she went to be stabbed!
Getting up early means we have time to watch the news and the weather forecast. The man who was telling us all about the forth coming weather was going on about being very unlucky if in our area we saw any rain.
We looked out side, it was persisting down!
When we got to the beach it was still very wet!
Not the bright sunny day promised! |
And still it rained! |
OTL was cleaning the cages out and chasing the ferrets all over the place! Old Two Legs has a good game with them and both Freddy and Eric get rolled over onto their backs and laugh their tails off when OTL tickles their tummy's!
Lunchtime we went out again and this time the rain had stopped! The grass was still wet so both Eric and May got wet tummies running across the grass!
Er! 'm getting a wet tum! |
I think I'll stop for a sniff! |
Next he tried climbing up on the rocks and tried to spot the sea weed moving, but that didn't work either!
It's alright looking for Monsters but I still get a soggy butt! |
There is no way I'm going in there! |
Oi! Wait for me! |
Hey! I caught my tail! Honest I did! |
Is it safe yet? |
TM has returned from her day up the village hall, sloshing all the glue and glitter around and gassing her head off!
We stopped at the hall to say hello to Auntie Rosie who just loves the ferrets and gave May and Eric a cuddle!
Holly and I got a stroke as well but we wanted to get home 'cos there was a bowl of chicken waiting for us!
So, claws crossed that we get some good weather tomorrow.
Bye bye for now!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.
Now those weather men have a lot of technology but a piece of damp seaweed works much better than their predictions. What a beautiful picture of Eric looking to see if the coast was clear, OTL caught him just right. I think TM has back to normal caffeine levels now, she needs it for the blue blood that flows through her veins, she needs it for the controlling she has to do. She also needs to dodge all the glue and glitter that flies about at those Classes she does, I know because I have seen with my own eyes. Sorry you thought the Last Kingdom was boring, next screen viewing is your chose, what will it be I wonder? The ferrets loved that film Monsters of the Deep the other week and you Holly were a bit afraid when you saw Pop Goes The Weasel so I don't know what to suggest. Hope you enjoyed your dinner, a lie in tomorrow as TM should be a bit quieter. xxxxxx
ReplyDeleteEvening little maties. Well it was raining here first thing and then it stopped and out came the sun, but it's still chilly. I went down the vets this morning and had my butt done. My mum weighed me and she said I've got to go on a diet and she called me fat boy!!!!!! Wot a cheek, fat? not me!!! It seems I've put on some grams ..... well my mum reckons I've put on 1000 grams ....... wots a gram or two between friends. Loved the pictures today, love the one of Miss May following Holly chops, Eric peeping over the step and you when you've just caught your tail. You'll have to get a do not disturb sign for the bedroom and put it on the door so that Mrs TM knows you're all asleep. I bet she had fun flicking the glue and glitter today. Sounds like you had a nice snuggle with OTL while he watched his film. Now wot about Watership Down, it has lots of bunnies in it, mind my mum reckons it's a bit sad. Anyways, hope you enjoyed your chicken. Have a lovely evening all, love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteOh course, I forgot Watership Down, good choice Archie x
