A Nargle on The Beach!

Hello Woofers!

Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

It's been a fun day today, We found a Nargle on the beach! Yep! A real Nargle who looked mean and nasty and ready to  jump on us and chew our legs off!

Just look at that Nargle!
Old Two Legs spent some time looking at it and pronounced it to be a crab that had lost its legs.

What does he know?

I went for a dip in the sea but ran into a little problem, there was more mud than water on the sea shore and I got into trouble, again!

Well, the mud looked like water, honest!
Lunchtime, May and Eric had some fun digging a trench and May said she felt there were some 'Sprinkles' on the end of her nose and asked OTL if he would lick them off for her!

Come on OTL, you've got a long tongue!
Eric went off looking for Nargles in the rock pools. Now he has got used to splashing about in the water tray, a little rock pool is nothing to him!

I think I can sniff Nargles!
We were looking at some pictures of Eric when he first came to live with us and his face was that of a very young ferret. Just look at him now, he looks all grown up and dead smart!

Who fancies chasing Nargles with me?
We went for a drive in the little car, getting some fuel and oil!

We were all singing our driving songs but OTL was getting all confused 'cos he forgot the chorus!

Holly said she would write down the words and OTL will have to sing from the notes!

We are still getting packed up for the holidays, OTL has just sorted out his stack of magazines and books he wants to read on holiday. Of course, they will only get read if it rains!

We got our Anti Tick stuff on our shoulders today and it will start to itch later. The ferrets got their Anti Flea stuff and are banging around their cages as it dries and begins to itch!

It won't last long and it keeps them free from nasties!

OTL has found half a bottle of Avon Skin So Soft Stuff he slaps on to keep away the midges but really wot he needs to do is to stay close to The Missus cos she attracts insects and Midges and gets bitten and munched on by all the biting and stinging things!

So, if OTL stands close to her, all the bugs will bypass him and land on her!

Sorted!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties down by the seaside with legless nargles. Are you sure that's a nargle? I mean, I thought nargles were huge. Good job little Eric didn't find one on his hunt or he might have rolled on it and sniffed of nargle. Daisy, my mum reckons mud is good for the complexion so I wouldn't worry about having some on you. Did you manage to find a nice rolly sniff today? I liked OTL's thinking about not getting bitten by flying things but I reckon if Mrs TM sees that he'll be nursing a stinging ear. Loved all the pictures today. Young Eric certainly is looking very handsome, I hope he wasn't watching the Yorkshire vet last night cos they had 13 ferret chaps in for neutering, you should have seen them, they was trying to escape from their cages. Hope OTL finds enough room to stash his reading stuff. Hope you all have a lovely evening with plenty of nice muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx

  2. Is OTL share that it was just a legless crab, it didn't look like one from here! As Archie says mud is good for the complexion, TLs pay mega money for the mud treatment so don't worry. In a way the midge avoidance idea seems good but there are some problems, mainly TM, that said she is too busy to be reading your Diary so no real problem! I hope the books and cameras have been weighed you must have room for Bonios and nibbles plus a pot of glue and a bit of glitter (must keep you know who happy), you know how she sulks x. Have a warm evening, it is chilly here xxxxxx
