A Fox And a Nargle!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

Well, after yesterdays rain and last nights floods, well there were puddles out the front of the house this morning!

Mind you, we did go through a couple of puddles on our way to the beach!

As we arrived, Old Two Legs stopped the car short of the parking place, then, slowly, he crept forward and parked the car.

Then.

He made us stay in the car and he got out the camera and went stalking along the bushes at the side of the car park.

Then we saw what he was doing and both Holly and I did our 'We're Gonna Get Yoo' woof!

One woof and it was off!
Well, that's one down, what's next?

Down on the beach we saw that the sea had deposited a ton and a half of sea weed on the sand. Now Holly and I tend not to get too involved with sea weed 'cos the bugs and sand flies hide in there.

Not so our Miss May, she just loves the stuff and is always diving into the stuff, head first!

Miss May, going potty in the weed!
Holly and I prefer the sand and the sniff hidden therein!

This is a good roll!
Lunchtime we were down on the beach but there was loads of tourists marching up and down the Sea Wall and most of them had dogs that were running all over the place. That means OTL spends most of the time watching for woofer getting too close and picking up the ferrets!

It was one of those times that Miss Wendy, from the safety of OTL's arms, pointed towards the rocks and calls out..........Look, A Nargle!

A Nargle looking like it's a bit Crabby!
We all had a good close look and after a while we decided that it was a crab, so Wendy is still looking for her Nargle!

It was good to get back home and we all sat down to watch the recording of the F1 Racing.

It looks like Hamilton is now in  the lead again after the easy win! I mean, Ferrari didn't even get close!

I think OTL has got Venison Burgers tonight, with some egg to dip it in!

Yum, Yum!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties. I don't see the foxes around here but I hear them during the night, my mum says they have fleas so I have to stay away from them. The weather was alright here until a little while ago and now it's raining. We've had a bit of a lazy day here until around lunch time then my mum got the clippers out ..... I tried to hide but guess wot? It was my boy that was in for a grooming session and not me. I was quite relieved. I'm sure the tourist will be gone soon and you can have your beach back all to yourselves. Now I think you need to tell Miss Wendy that that wasn't a nargle, I hear that nargles have 5 eyes and 10 legs, I haven't seen one yet but I hear them creeping about during the night, that's why I stay close to my mum so that I can guard her from them. Enjoy any muggings you get from OTL. Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. Plenty of wildlife down your way and not just a fox and crab, all those woofers all with designs on ferret steak, don't they know they are just skin and bones, keep off our ferrets, that's what I say. All that seaweed I wonder if you took any home or is it too smelly? Venison burger, he does get spoilt and egg too although not as much as he might have got if it wasn't for you two. Hope you enjoyed it. A lovely lot of cards made by the ladies yesterday and seems they had a great day too. xxxxxx
