Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here again!
We sort of love Friday's you see although it is a working day, it doesn't really feel like it's for working, more of a sort of 'Wind Down Day'!
All the woofers in this house do 'Wind Down' very well!
Today we got taken out this morning in the big car 'cos The Missus was winding down at her mates house sloshing the glue about and she wanted the car to take all the stuff!
That was OK, at least we won't be bothered by the roar of the jet powered vacuum cleaner!
Down on the beach the sea mist was hanging about but we did spot a Wormy Man who was marching up and down with his digging fork!
We shouted at him but he didn't seem to understand what we were saying!

Lunchtime it was rather warm and even Freddy enjoyed being on the beach, he was catching up on his winter tan while holly and I were digging holes!

When we got to the football field, Freddy said that with one bound, from a standing start, he could get on top of Old Two Legs hat!
He even offered to bet all his chicken fillet treats for a week.
We didn't fall for it, we had seen this trick before!

We are hoping that tomorrow will be the same 'cos OTL has plans to clean up the garden by getting rid of the weeds that have taken over the 'Wild Place' he had left up the end of the garden, only trouble is, all the wild life has gone 'cos the weeds have taken over and are marching into next doors garden!
If the weather is not ready for some garden work, Holly has been promised a bath and a hair cut!
Anyone guess what Holly is wishing for?
It was super to see Auntie Diana leave a message for Eric de Wimp! We did love the tale from Izzy about low flying woofers!
There is Auntie Sue off down in sunny Dorset, we've been there and that is where we found Dinosorearse foot prints!

Yo maties. Well you've had a pretty good day winding down, I've done a bit of winding down myself today. When my mum got in from work we both went for a snooze. We've had a pretty snoozing day really, it's very cold outside and very grey so we've both been snuggled in the warm and we watched a film on the telly. We're both looking forward to a nice lazy weekend now. Hope Mrs TM enjoyed her day but hope she makes sure she's back in time to do the scoff for you all. Shall I keep my paws crossed that OTL can get on with his gardening tomorrow, it seems a tad chilly to me for baths. Freddy doesn't look like he suffered too much yesterday after his kerfuffle with Miss May. It was nice to read lots more comments yesterday. Loved the pictures today. Tell the wormy man the worms are staying home in the warm and they ain't coming out for swimming lessons until next spring at least. ReplyDeleteNo dinosorearses, not even a little one but we have seen a zip wire on Bournemouth Pier. All these TLs with helmets and harnesses walk to the end of the Pier, climb a spiral staircase of about 100 steps, get hooked to the wire and then zzzz iiii pppp right down to the beach where they land and then across the beach, down the pier and do it all over again after paying £10! Do you think OTL would like that?
