Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!
We love Saturdays, Old Two Legs leaves all his bits of paper and the 'Work Computer' alone, cleans the cages out early and spends loads of time playing with the ferrets. Holly and I get a chance to catch up on our sleep by taking over the whole of the bed, stretch out and wrap ourselves in the duvet!
So today it has been a 'Nothing Day', you know, no work, no customers, no suppliers and OTL gets robbed every time he gets near to any nibbly type food. You know, biscuits or chews or a Marmite sandwich!
It will be a week or two before we get the camera back from the Service Centre, so it is all Black & White Infra Red!
Today we have not done any fiddly stuff to the pictures, these are just as they come out of the camera, except that we have cropped them for size.
What is interesting is the first shot of Sheerness docks comes out in B&W and shows no sign of Infra Red rendering.
Sheerness Docks on a chilly November morning. |
I know it's a bit fuzzy, it was cold and we were shivering! |
Then it picks out the IR in the sky as well!
I don't care, it still looks like snow and frost! |
Looks more like the colour of OTL's tea! |
We heard OTL on the phone today to the vet, Freddy is due to get his Distemper Jab on Monday and OTL says that he will have to take the Ferretone with him 'cos the last time he was stabbed the vet had difficulty getting the needle through his tough skin!
An armour plated ferret!
See you all tomorrow and with a bit of luck it will be another Seriously Lazy Day!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.
Evening little maties. I'm pleased you had a good lazy day, so have I. I had a good snuggle and a siesta on the sofa with my mum, we had a blanket over us and I go seriously snuggly. I didn't see any of my woofer mates when I went out for a walk but then again, it was so cold that I don't blame them if they stayed home in the warm. I did guard duty while my mum went scoff shopping, then I inspected all the stuff to make sure she got it right. I barked at the next door neighbour when he put his ladder up against our fence to cut his tree, I gave him a right barking at and told him to woof off, I mean, it's a bit much when a chap goes for a wee and a peeping tom comes creeping up on their ladder looking over the fence!!! The pictures are very good, the sea and the sky do look a bit funny though, the beach looks like it's covered in snow. Hope you have a nice snuggly evening with lots of muggings and enjoy your lay in tomorrow, I'll be on guard duty first thing but then I'll be going back for a snooze when my mum gets home. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteA nice restful day with nothing to do except eat and sleep and luckily you only overheard a phone call about Freddy going for his jab, good luck to the vet. The Ferretone will come in very useful and hopefully the vet will live to stab another day. Poor Archie but I think his mum has paid the neighbour to spy on him to make sure he doesn't go eating things that he shouldn't. I did laugh though, poor little Archie, the whole world is ganging up on him. Behave while TM is any and don't eat all the shortbread, has OTL bought more of those delightful microwave meals, are you in for more wine jus and caviar? xxxxxx
