It's someones Birthday Today!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Now, while we are waiting for Old Two Legs to have his shower and wash all his bits, Holly and I study the diary to see if there are any appointments booked or visitors arriving and stuff like that.

Today, we see, is a Birthday in fact it is the Numpty Numph Birthday of Mrs Goodes, so, guess what is next?

Yesss!

OK, here we go, 5, 89, 3!

Happy Birthday to Yooo!
Raspberry donuts 'll make you poo!
Stick a ferret in your tea cup,
Happy Birthday to YOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Now can we have a bit of cake?

This morning it was still a bit misty down on the sea shore and the sun was up but hiding behind the clouds!

A bit wishy washy today!
As we walked on the light got brighter but still no colourful sunrise. However, it was bright enough for us to see the two woofers on the Sea Wall. They normally do some serious woofing at Holly and I but we don't care, we got OTL to look after us!

Wot a lot of woofing, and they are miles away!
The morning was spent snoozing on the bed while OTL was cleaning the cages and the ferrets were causing all manner of havoc in The Missus store room. Eric gathers up all his squeaky balls and hides them under the boxes while May moves tons of Brambles Biscuits to a safe place under the sofa!

We don't mind that 'cos Holly and I go hunting and eat all the biscuits as 'Snacks'!

Lunchtime the sun had poked its face above the cloud but then it ducked down again!

Eric and May came out with us and cuddled up to OTL to begin with but Miss May decided she would have a run, but then after a few minutes she was back up again then two minutes later, down she gets for another run!

Daddy, I want a carry!
By the time we had got back to the football field, Eric was down on the ground and ferreting through the grass and investigating the mole hills!

You can throw the stick but there is no way I'm running after it!
Eric is just not into sticks like wot I am!

Mind you, I don't know what he would do if the Mole stuck it's nose above ground!

Back home for a snooze before dinner. I know we got Doggy Scoff so OTL better have something tasty tonight or else!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Happy birthday Mrs Sue xxx. Loved the pictures today, the one with the hazy sky was like something Mrs TM would come up with. Who put doggie scoff in your bowl? Who ever was guilty shouldn't get any snuggles tonight. Hope you find that OTL has got something tasty so you don't starve. I've been seriously snoozing this afternoon, while my mum was at work. First I had a snooze on Mrs Boy's lap then I had a snooze on my boys lap. I might have a snooze on my mums lap this evening. It's been another chilly day here and the forecast is for snow .......... I don't like snow cos it's cold and wet. Hope you all have a lovely snuggly, warm evening and get a few tasty morsels. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Oh thank you for my birthday song, presumably the strawberry donuts are better for you, next time I will only get strawberry or custard. Yesterday Ian came with cards and alcohol and Michael and I went to Spoons to eat, lovely it was too. One price and you hold on to your knife and fork but get as many plates of food as you like, we had duck and pancakes with chinese sauce, chicken and chicken and beef and plawn clackers and chicken and pancakes, strawberry sauce and ice cream. We came home and slept until tea time, had a sandwich and a nooze, watched TV and went to bed inbetween times I looked on Faceache for all the good wishes or my friends, the postie brought me lots of cards including one that TM sent of your behalf, really lovely, I shall take it to show my friend when I go this morning for coffee, she has heard all about you and about how clever you are to write a Diary. I never had a birthday cake so I have to make sure that Michael has one in July. I don't like all this talk of snow, Michael says everyone will be down the supermarkets clearing the shelves in readyness and then throwing it in the bin later.
What a cutie Eric is even if he isn't into chasing sticks, something far more substantial to make it worth while. He has such a lovely "butter wouldn't melt" face and with the culinary situation you must be glad that the ferrets are on your side and leave some treats hidden for you. Exactly what do they get to eat, is it Ferret Scoff, of course they can't write to tell us so you must be on their side.
Our van is being treated to new shoes today, I don't get new shoes but I have had a look and don't fancy the style, too clunky. Keep warm, take a tip from Archie who seems to be taking a tip from me about snoozing. Look I am still awake. xxxxxx
