Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret back again!
Now, if you remember, we had almost given up on getting any more sunrise photo's until autumn time?
Holly was sitting on the sofa last night and Holly says that we should be getting some more sunrise photos.
How? Old Two Legs asked, 'cos he was a little mystified. Well, says Holly, a bit later the clocks will go forward an hour, so that means we will have to get up a whole hour earlier to get out before everyone else and an hour earlier means we should bump into the sunrise again!
There are some times old Holly Chops can be right clever little woofer!
This morning OTL got up earlier than normal 'cos he was thinking about the sunrise and just for a change we saw the sun creeping up above the clouds!
Maybe the last one? |
OK, this could be the last one! |
The sun was shining and although there was a stiff breeze blowing, it was a rather pleasant walk along the Sea Wall.
Eric was showing us how a ferret can disappear in the grass by burrowing into the grass where a mouse had made a tunnel in the grass. y shoving his nose into the tunnel he can not only expand the hole but he can disappear from view!
Sneaky ferret!
Bet you didn't see me creep up on you! |
Come on, I'll race you back to the car! |
Last night it was steak and salad and both Holly and I got to mug OTL! Tonight I think it's Salad and Pork Pie, so we may be in for a little mugging! Mind you, I'm not too worried 'cos we got a nice big bowl of chicken!
See you all tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.
Woto Maties. Loved them sunrises and the other pictures as well. Now little Holly chops really is a very clever woofer, fancy her working that out all by herself and fancy OTL not realising it. I don't like it when the clock goes forward because that means I lose an hours snooze, that is jut not on. Glad to hear you got some decent scoff today and that you managed some good muggings last night. The sound of pork pie sounds good to me as well. Mind this salad stuff, hmmmm not sure about that. I've been working hard on guard duty this afternoon and I reckon that no nargles or intruders wanted to mess with me so they all stayed away. My boy got groomed this morning, my mum got the clippers out and gave him a short back and sides, I did have a little cry cos I thought I might be next in the queue but thankfully she never came near me with the clippers. Eric and May look like their both enjoying the sunshine, have you heard that snow is on the way, now remind OTL to get a couple of huskies then they can pull you on a sleigh down to the sea wall. Take care and have a lovely evening and hope you get some muggings, watch out for the white stuff. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteThe sunrise pictures were really worth getting out of bed a little earlier and it was nice to see all the green around you except for the mole hills which were green before those moles came up with more holes, soon there will be m,ore holes than green and just maybe the ferrets will bump into a mole or two. Glad you managed a better run around around today, after having your steak muggings you were really up for it, our steak was nice as well and now has all gone, I shall have to look into the freezer to see what is lurking for dinner tomorrow. A good result you had today with chicken and a little meat from the pork pie just to check that it is alright for OTL to eat some. If you should see any which stuff send it packing because I want to go to Dover to see Daisy in a concert playing a violin and shall be upset if we can't go. xxxxxx
