Holly gets into trouble, again!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!

A fun day here in North Kent! It started off with May and Eric coming out for a walk first thing this morning. It was then that Holly got in trouble.

You see, Holly has got a thing about Big Hairy Arsed woofers that look as evil as they could be. You know, the sort of woofer who would bite your head off instead of saying 'Good Morning' to you.

There is Bert who everyone stays well away from and there is these two evil eyed Husky types who are always on a lead and they spend all their time pulling their Two Legs around!

Control is just not in their vocabulary!

So, there we were about to get out of the car when Holly spots these two across the other side of the football field. Old Two Legs opens the back door of the car expecting Holly and I to have a sniff around the tyres on the car while he gets the ferrets out and attached to their lead.

Not today, today Holly opens her mouth and gives it some wellie and heads off across the field!

OTL starts yelling for Holly to 'Get Back' but that command seems to go through one ear and out the other!

There she is, lolloping across the field and up to the woofers and stops, just beyond the length of the lead these two are on.

Then she gets into the play position and gives them the old 'Chase Me If You Can' look!

Of course they can't get to her 'cos the TL is hanging on for dear life and Holly is waggling her butt at them and blowing raspberries!

OTL is not happy and is marching across the field in the opposite direction to his normal path!

On top of that, he has a wriggly ferret who wants to get down a 'sort out' the two Husky Types!

Holly is put on the lead and there she stays until we get to the bench on the hill!

Miss May was having a game as well. She got to where the fresh rabbit poo is located and plans to have another roll!

OK, you watch out while I have a roll in this fresh stuff!
Lunchtime Wendy and Monty came out but as we got close to the football field it started to rain. Miss Wendy quickly crawled into the Ferret Bag while young Monty had great fun racing along the path.

Unfortunately, the rain got heavier and wetter but he still kept going!

OTL picked him up and put him into the 'Ferret Bag' but he jumped out and carried on running down the path!

Holly and I legged it back to the car while Monty was bouncing along and looked like a drowned weasel when he got back to the car!

Back home we got a good rub down with our Doggy Towels and even Monty got a rub down as well!

Holly got a warning from OTL, any more chasing big woofers and she will be on the lead for all the walk!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret

  1. Yo maties. Well I bet Holly chops was blowing raspberries at that pair of woofers for all she was worth, where were you Daisy, were you backing her up? I bet Miss May was all for chewing them up and spitting them out, I'd have been really scared if I was them 2 woofers cos the Godwin clan don't take no prisoners. Good to hear that Monty and Wendy managed to get out for a bit of a run, now I don't understand why Monty would walk and get wetted when he could have been in a nice dry ferret bag. Now talking of getting wetted, my mum got seriously wetted this morning, I've been laughing my tail off all day. You see it was raining cats and frogs here this morning and I refused to go out in it so my mum said she was going up the shops without me, so out comes the car and then my mum could hear someone crying so off she goes to investigate .......... well it seems this nice little old lady wot lives just up the road, fell over and really hurt herself and her husband couldn't get her up. Well someone phoned for an ambulance and they said not to move the lady. Well out goes muvver with some blankets, brollies and a tarpaulin to try and help the lady stay warmer and not get too wet. My mum was disgusted because the ambulance didn't come for over 40 minutes. My mum decided she better come back after the ambulance had been and have a hot drink and get dry and put different clothes on, oh boy she looked like a drown rat, I couldn't stop laughing at her. Thankfully the lady is alright and at home, dry and warm, she's a very nice lady cos I see her and her husband most days and they always stop and give me a pat. I went up the shop this afternoon to see Brenda and get a treat when the rain had stopped and I called in to see the lady on my way home. See now this is my point, don't go out in the rain cos you get wetted and if you fall over you get even more wetted so I'm making sure I never go out in the rain. My mum reckons when I stop laughing, I might, get a chew but she says I ain't getting it while I'm still laughing. Hope you all have a lovely evening and hope you get decent scoff, now a little warrior like Holly deserves some fillet steak to help her keep her strength up so she can protect OTL from the vicious woofers. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Holly caused a lot of excitement today but not the usual sort, it does show her ears are clear if she was able to let OTLs voice go straight through without it being caught up by anything. Glad you all got out again and little Monty experienced his first bit of good rain. Beautiful pictures of them too.
I hope Archies mum hasn't suffered for being a good samaritan, so lovely of her to help the lady. Friday tomorrow, fish day or according to the adverts Crunchie Day, I don't mind either. Keep warm, I went out this afternoon without a coat and felt really brave or stupid depending on how you look at it, I was cold. xxxxxx
