Cuddles with OTL!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.

Today we were up a good half an hour sooner than normal, there was a reason, today The Missus planed to go to Ally Pally for one of her Craft Fare thingy whatsits.

That means we have to be up early so we can get our morning walk before Old Two Legs has to take her to the express railway station to get the train into London.

OTL managed to get our walk done and even got one of the cages cleaned and all the bedding fluffed up!

Of course, being up so early we managed to catch the sun on the horizon.

We beat the sun today!
Little Eric was a bit put out that he had to get up so early, he stayed tucked up in the ferret bag and looking at the country side as we headed towards the beach!

I could have done with another thirty minutes this morning!
Back home, after delivering TM, the ferrets had a great time chasing all over the house. Miss May, who's is around five years old, was having a super time chasing Eric, jumping on him and the pair were rolling all over the carpet!

Lunchtime arrived and we got served Doggy Scoff which I tucked into straight away 'cos Holly got locked out of the kitchen. You see, I got this thing about everyone watching me. It's the same when I have a poo, I dive off into the long grass so no one can see me and it's the same when I'm eating, unless it is OTL standing guard, I tend to let everyone eat their meal before me. This causes a problem 'cos Holly Chops eats her food then raids my bowl, eating half of my grub!

Sorry, it's just one of those things, OK?

Monty was still complaining about the size of steps but today OTL helped both him and Wendy up and onto the grass.

I thought Holly was going to get this sorted!

Hey! This is better, at least we don't have to get the ladder out to get up here!
While the ferrets were enjoying the grass and sniffs I was resting on the Sea Wall looking at the tide which was miles away!

If the water was just a little closer I'd be in for a dip!
This afternoon we all had a cuddle on OTL's chair, we were snoozing while OTL was reading a book.

The F1 Racing was on but it was being recorded so we will watch it tonight with TM.

See you all tomorrow, our last day before we are off to see the Heland Coo's and Wild Haggis!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Daisy I know just wot you mean about having a poo in private, I hate anyone watching while I poo so I only poo in the garden and make sure that I'm not being watched first. Glad the ferrets got their exercise today. They're all looking very fit. Now wot's this about Holly chops pinching your scoff????? Oi Holly chops, Nooooooooooo, it's Daisy's scoff and you've got your own. I don't have to worry about anyone pinching my scoff, thank goodness, I wouldn't be very pleased if someone tried to pinch my scoff. I had a nice walk up the shop this morning and I met up with 2 pugs on the way home, we all had a sniff and a quick chat about where the best sniffs are. My mum has been a bit busy today so we didn't have time for a siesta but we can always go to bed early if we need more snooze. My boy has got the next 2 days off so me and him can have some wrestles. Hope you've got your packing sorted now if you're off soon. Loved all the pictures today. Hope you all have a lovely evening, hope Mrs TM had a good time at her craft fare wotsit. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. It was well worth getting up early for the wonderful sunrise, well done and I hope TM enjoyed her time at the crafting thingy and the train journey, hope it wasn’t delayed 12 hours or so like the other day! Nearly holibobs time don’t forget the buckets and spades and I hope Scotland has good doggie scoff. We went out today in the van to Padstow where Rick Stein has a fish and chip shop and runs cookery schools and then to a place that sounds like Waybridge but spelt Wadebridge, the mini bus driver said if we were going there make sure we didn’t set the Sat Nav for Weybridge or we would be in trouble. Glad you managed to eat in peace today, that Hollychops she isn’t proud, any food will do, have your tablets come, you didn’t say? Lovely pictures today, they are big steps maybe they will sort out ferret steps while you are away xxxxxx
