Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!
Well, he finally turned up, late and saying he was just too tired!
Then he had some dinner and fell asleep in front of the TV!
This morning he woke up a whole hour later than normal! Not that I was complaining, I do enjoy a extra hour in bed!
Needless to say, we missed all the local lads but met up with Henry who was out with his Two Legs who wanted to tell Old Two Legs all about the Buzzard she had seen but OTL topped that, he had seen a Red Kite just down the road!
One up for OTL!
This morning has been spent emailing customers and sending quotes. With a bit of luck he may get an order or two!
Lunchtime we were out again but left the ferrets to snooze, well the temperature this morning was two degrees centigrade!
At lunch time it had warmed up a few degrees but even so, the ferrets said they would rather stay in bed!
When we got down there Holly called out, 'Last on in is a Pussy Cat' and started running towards the sea!
Of course I mistook what she was on about and thought there was a cat that needed chasing!
I got ahead but stopped when I realised she was hanging back sniffing the sniffs!

Today was not the day, the tide was on the way out and the Brant Geese were feeding on the mud flats.

Wotcha maties. Well I'm pleased to hear that OTL is back, sorry to hear he was very tired but then some TL's when they get tired, can't finish their dinners so sometimes it makes for good muggings. Loved all the pictures today. It does look a tad chilly where you are, mind it was a tad chilly here as well. Sometimes I wish I was a ferret and could stay in bed when it gets cold. Me and my mum had a bit of a lay in this morning on account of getting up so early Sunday and Monday then both of us having to work again Monday afternoon, we treated ourselves to a good snuggly snooze. My mum had lots of errands to run this morning, she had to drop a letter in to the Doctors for my boy, then she had to go to the vets to drop off my insurance form and pick up my tablets for my tum. Then she had to go to the shops to get an onion and a couple of other bits, then she came home to finish some bits on her cards, then the phone rang to say her glasses wot she sent back cos she couldn't see right were back for her to collect, then she went to Tesco to get herself a little jacket to keep her warm when we go out for our walks. She could have done with it today when we went out this morning, she said she felt very chilly. My mum has cooked a shepherds pie for my boys dinner tonight, naturally I supervised so I'm sure it will be delicious. Tomorrow I've lined up some ironing for her and then she can play with her cards afterwards. You've got to keep these TL's busy or they get into mischief you know. That Holly chops sounds like she had the pickle in her today, fancy trying to get you into trouble by pretending she was going for a dip. ReplyDeleteHello little furries and bigger furries (I don't mean OTL and TM) there was ice on my car this morning at 9-15 am, ice, I ask you what was it doing on my car? I had to clear it off before going to Craft, we made lanterns and some made peg choir boys! Glad OTL finally arrived back with his laptop and paws crossed for a few juicy orders to keep him out of mischief over the festive season. There is a saying "The devil finds work for idle hands!" so best keep them both busy, young Archie abides by that all the time! I WROTE THIS BEFORE READING ARCHIES POST SO IT SHOWS THAT WE THINK THE SAME. You were more cunning than Holly trying to bate you into taking a cold dip, she must think you are as silly as her. Can you get Auntie Zoe to drop some steak and chips off to us, oh and a cake and some scones and a steak and kidney pudding. That will do for now. Lovely pictures from OTL, I like to see them and colour are best but that is just me. Hope the muggings were good after your doggie scoff, it will have to do until Auntie Zoe calls. xxxxxx
