Hello Rosie Chops!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!

We love Saturdays, we get time to have fun and not worry about the day job. We leave all the guarding to The Missus and get time to relax and put our paws up after a long week!

Archie Babe knows all about valuing time off!

We got up at the normal time 'cos we didn't want to waste any part of Saturday and lucky for us it was just before the sun got up.

There were clouds low down on the horizon so we didn't get to see the sun, however, Old Two Legs did his best!

How about one and a half trees?
As I said, there was no sign of the sun but we did get to see the valour trails from the planes heading off to far off places!

Err! Which way to Moscow?
We got to the top of the hill and managed a moody shot that includes the sky, dawn and the incoming tide!
The tide ripple looks good?
After all that excitement we headed for home cos there was a big bowl of chicken waiting for us!

OK, that's it for another day!
TM has been up the village hall today on the monthly crop where they make such a mess with the glue and glitter!

We got a message that Rosie would be up there so both Monty and Wendy came out with us for a walk at lunchtime.

We were going to take Eric but he was fast asleep and didn't wake up until we were heading out of the front door!

We'll give him a walk tomorrow, he can get some fresh air and enjoy hunting out sniffs!

Monty getting the midday sniff!
Once they have go used to the grass both Monty and Wendy just love walking along the top path and across the football field!

After the walk we dropped into the village hall to say hello and get a cuddle from Rosie.

Wendy got introduced to all the girls there and got stroked by most of them.

The others had inky fingers!

Back home we decided to have a rest on the sofa while OTL had a snooze with his paws up!

TM has just got in so we are off to give her a big 'Woofer Welcome' and of course if we are lucky, a treat!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret

  1. Yo maties. I'm glad you got some time off from guarding, I was guarding this morning, and tomorrow and the day after, so you're right, I do appreciate it when I get some time off. This guarding can be exhausting and I don't think the TL's know just how exhausting it really is, I mean, we keep them and their things safe. Loved the photos, that 1 and half trees was really good, OTL is very good with his camera. Glad to hear Monty and Wendy enjoyed their walk again today. I bet Rosie was really pleased to see you all there and I bet she enjoyed the cuddles. I hope OTL's head feels better than yesterday, a good snooze usually helps as well. I bet Mrs TM enjoyed her glue flinging. Hope she did bring you home a treat or 20. Have a lovely evening all, I off to put my paws up until it's time to start guarding again, no peace for us woofers. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Oh lovely, chicken today how wonderful and a rest from guarding, a bonus. I hope you had some well deserved fuss at the village hall with the odd treat, the little ones can’t have it all because you were there first. We had no sunshine at all today and it was freezing but it seems that you had a small bit of glow. Good to see your pictures and we get a double whammy today with TM and her images of todays crop. Happy Sunday and I will be back later xxxxxx
