Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Storm and Monty de Ferret!
We couldn't resist that one!
Someone told Eric that they had named a storm after him so he was doing his best to live up to the fame!
He spent all of his 'Rampage Time' tearing around the house, getting into the most terrible trouble. In fact he even got told off by Miss May for bonking her on the head as he rushed past!
When we went out for our walk Old Two Legs had pulled the hood over the top of his head and hat and tried to hide inside just 'cos the wind was so strong!
It didn't change much all day and even at lunch time the wind was still howling.
Talking about howling, we got down to the football field, Holly and I spotted those Husky Woofers and decided to give them a good woofing.
We ran down the field, Holly woofing and I was doing my 'Howling Wolf' impression!
I didn't get too close but holly went right up to them, it was at that point that they chased after her!
Luckily they were on a lead and the Two Legs almost got pulled off his paws!
I stood at a reasonable distance, I'm not going to risk getting to close to those hairy arsed monsters!
Just before Holly got told to Woof Off! |
Indian Style! |
It also gives OTL time to gaze around the woods for any wild life or interesting things to photograph.
Today there was nothing scurrying about except us, so, he started to fiddle with his camera settings, first he found a B&W button.
A Monochromatic Woofer! |
We reckon it would look better if you got really close to the subject! |
Who knows, he may just be saving it all up for tonight, just as OTL is going to bed!
Now, wot's all this about Archie Babes Boy and his Thyroids?
OTL had half of his Thyroids removed and it has left him with a super big scar around his throat!
He reckons that it took a couple of weeks to get him back up and running but it still makes him look like Frankensteins Monster!
See you tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Storm and Monty de Ferret!
Yo maties. Well we've had really horrible cold heavy rain and wind today so I refused to go out for a walk. I've been nipping into the garden when I need a wee and rushing back in, my mum didn't need to offer me treats to come in today. My mum went off this morning to do an important job, then she dropped 2 bags of clothes into a charity shop and then she went and did the shopping, she bought treats for my boy, herself and me. She bought me a whole packet of tripe sticks, cos she's tried them with me a few times and they don't give me a grumbly tum. Well now, about my boy, it seems his thyroid is over active so the doctor is going to check again in 2 weeks and if it's still acting up he'll go and see a specialist and the doctor said they may give my boy something to kill off part of his thyroid, that would mean he wouldn't have to have an operation, which to be honest about, we'd all be relieved about that. We're keeping our paws crossed that whatever happens and whatever they do he'll be alright cos as boys go, he's not a bad one and we both love him really. We hope that they don't make him glow in the dark though cos he'd look a bit funny. We've all had a day off today, well except my mum, she still been doing some washing and ironing but it's all finished now so she can put her paws up. My boy is back at work tomorrow so I'll miss him cos it's nice when he has a few days off, we have wrestles and snuggles. And I don't get told off on my own, I share the blame with him. Loved the photos today. My mum and me don't think OTL looks like Franky Stein, we think he looks alright. Don't worry about them big woofers Daisy, if they upset you and Holly chops, I'll hot foot it down there and have a word with them. Have a good evening all and tell Eric could he take his storm away now. Hope you get some decent muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeletePoor Eric de Storm, hope he blows over soon, I haven't needed to go outside the door today, saving myself up for tomorrow evening when we are going to see the paper hearts. As it is an indoor Guiness Book of Records do they won't stand a chance of blowing away! Watch out for photos.
ReplyDeleteMiss May seems to have got in the way of Eric de Storm, not quick enough to ride the storm. Now you have Archie as a Knight in Shining Armour hot footing it down South to defend you, how nice is that, what a brave boy. Hope all goes well for his boy and the throid, wonders of modern science now so hopefully the doctors will be able to sort it out easily. Archies household seems to be in a clear out mode still so if we don't hear from Archie tomorrow then you and Holly had better pop up to his local Charity Shop and bale him out, just keep having an occassional woof to make sure your mum knows where you are Archie! Keep away from the trees when you go out because all this draft has been taking down trees, there was an alert for Walderslade Woods Road tonight after all those trees came down they recon there are still some in danger and it isn't far from here. Keep safe and don't get taken to the tip by mistake xxxxxx
OOh . . . I see OTL has been playing around with the camera. Not sure about the blurry one . . . or is that my eyes? Loving your route march pic. And your writing is coming along in leaps and bounds!
ReplyDeleteI, too, hope Eric de Stormy Ferret blows over soon!
Hugs to all
