I just don't know what has happened to the weather, I mean, it is supposed to be summer time and that should mean sunshine, warm winds, balmy breezes and warm places to sit and watch the world go by!
Instead, wot we got?
Soggy paws, rain on our heads and a wind that seems to find it's way up yer tail with a vengeance!
Mind you, we tend to get the best weather down here in North Kent! Old Two Legs is heading off with Alun next week but we reckon they will get more rain and even some snow!
Here we have been watching out for the birds who have been on guard setting up their territories for nesting.
As we approached the car park we spotted a big lumpy pigeon being chased by a sparrow!
Yesterday OTL got a picture of a male blackbird and today he managed to creep up on a female blackbird who didn't see him until the last moment!

Mind you, with all the sea fog around the coast it was amazing that she could see rabbits!

That was such a good thing to see when you consider that a couple of weeks ago May was having problems standing!
Monty and Wendy are just as active, chasing each other around the house and when they get tired, Miss Wendy heads for the 'Pinny Box' and falls asleep under the pinnies until OTL finds her and puts her back to bed!
Today OTL has been getting all his camera gear out and getting it ready to go!
I think that he will be spending a lot of time photographing the rain!

Yo maties. I dunno Daisy, this morning me and my mum got up, she had a bath and said she was going to change the bed then we'd go out, well, by the time she finished she got the lead and it was tipping down, so I said I'd wait till a bit later. Every time it stopped by the time we both got ready to go out, it started again. I managed to get my walk when we went to the vets to get my butt checked, when we got there we were a bit early and it wasn't raining so we had a walk around to while away the time. I went in and there was this big German Shepherd dog and she was barking at me, her owners said she was a softie and just wanted to play, yeah, she wanted to play alright, she wanted to toss me up in the air, catch me and shake me and toss me up in the air again, not that I was bothered cos I just stood and stared at her, mind the ladies and the nurses all thought I was cute and came and cuddled me and said I was a good boy for being nice and quiet and not to be scared of the mutt making the racket, well, I just snuggled closer to them all, I'm not daft, I've got bigger friends than that woofer so I ain't bothered one little bit but the ladies didn't know that. I got treats for being brave. Poor Holly chops, she really wants to catch a bunny, maybe one day. Good to hear that Miss May is doing so well on her new scoff. Nice pictures today, I'm looking forward to OTL's pictures next week but I still think he should take you and Holly chops with him. Well the new doorbell went back to the shop today, the battery wots meant to last 6-12 months hasn't lasted 3 weeks which means my mum has to unscrew the whole thing to charge it up, she's upgrading to the next one up with has 2 batteries and a quick release so she doesn't have to keep going out with the screw driver, my mum says she's fed up with DIY now. I bet she'll be moaning tomorrow when she has to fit the new one. Right my boy has just sent a message to say he's on his way home from work so I better go get by the door and give him his wags, sniffs and kisses.
