Squirrel and a Distillery, what's the connection?

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!

Well, it seems the The Missus needs someone to hold her hand when we go walking! When we went out we had Auntie Sheila helping to keep us in check!

Spoil sports!

Mind you, we do get longer in bed and I get to cuddle up on Old Two Legs jumper as well!

OTL has been busy, he and Alun went looking for Osprey Birdies but managed to miss out! Alun saw a Crested Tit but OTL missed that but he did managed to get a shot of a Red Squirrel scampering away!

These little critters are fast on their paws!
 OTL was clicking away but most of the time only got shots of the tree trunks or the tail end of a squirrel disappearing around the back of a tree!

He managed a raspberry at the same time he was running up the tree!
So, after walking all over the place looking for squirrels and birds it seems that got fed up and headed off to the local distillery and had a tour of the place, sampling whisky all the way around. Well Alun was, you see OTL was driving so he had to pass his whisky to Alun to sample and by the time the tour was finished Alun was telling jokes to the guide!

OTL was not happy 'cos he had to give his whisky away!

Poor lad, maybe he will have a slurp tonight!

    Yo maties. Glad to hear you're getting out for your walkies, 4 eyes keeping tabs on you while you walk as well. Perhaps Mrs TM has a plan, if you run one way and Holly goes the other, then Mrs TM will run after you and Sheila will run after Holly. Wot a shame OTL had to give his samples away, now he should have taken some little bottles and poured his samples in to them then he could have tasted them when he got back to where he was staying. Now I find that the squirrels round here always blow raspberries when they're up the tree and I'm down the bottom, they can be very rude you know. Shame they didn't find any eagles but they might find some today if they're lucky. Hope it's warmer down your way now, it's a bit warmer here. I had a good chat with my mates Buster and Alfie on my walk yesterday and we were discussing sniffs. I found a baby bird in the garden the other day, it only had feathers on its back so I laid on it to keep it warm but my mum said it was brown bread and she took it away. It was quite big though, so maybe it was an eagle baby bird. Anyways, I hope you're getting decent scoff while OTL is away. Hope you're not missing him too much.     Fab squirrel pictures ... never seen a red squirrel IRL!
