It's getting closer!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here again!

Well, what a fun day today!

We were out early this morning, for a change, 'cos Holly woke The Missus up last night when she was warning a Nargle to stay out of our garden.  It was Holly who was doing the warning, not TM!

So, it was early that Old Two Legs got woken up by TM snoring her head off and couldn't get back to sleep, unlike TM!

Being a sunny morning he decided to take Eric out with us.

There were some Daisy Flowers enjoying the early sun shine.

A Pollen Shaker looking for someone who has Hay Fever!
OTL suffers from Hay Fever and it's the grass pollen that gets him started followed by flower pollen and tree pollen, in fact any sort of pollen will do!

While OTL was sneezing his tail off young Eric enjoyed himself by scuttling through the flowers, kicking up the pollen and calling out 'Wot Pollen?'

There his is, causing all this trouble!
As we came out of the forest, Holly and I went on ahead looking for some sniffs to roll in and a rabbit or two to chase.

OTL was hanging behind with Eric who was enjoying all the sniffs.

For some reason OTL felt as though some one was watching him and turned around to look behind.

There, sitting on the path and watching both OTL and Eric sat a young fox.

Tell, me, is that ferret edible?
Now that fox had followed us making sure the sun was behind him. That's a neat trick getting the sun behind you!

For a while we all sat there looking at each other, OTL looking at the fox and the fox looking at Eric and Eric looking at the fox.

Then OTL started to walk slowly towards the fox who continued to look at Eric!

Then the fox got up and made to walk into the bushes but stopped when OTL stopped moving.

Unfortunately the sun was directly in front of OTL so we got some glare on the lens.

Still, you can see the fox!

I'm sure that Ferret would taste nice with a fried egg and a slice of toast!
Then, after a few minutes the fox decided that Eric wasn't worth chasing while OTL was there and disappeared off into the forrest to hunt rabbits!

Lunchtime arrived and we got The Missus to take us out for a walk 'cos OTL was washing the caravan ready for the holiday. You know there were loads of bird poo on the roof of the van that needed the high pressure hose to blast them off!

It was funny that just after he had finished cleaning the van the rain came down and washed the last of the soap off the roof!

F1 Racing tonight!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well we had a sunny day here as well but it started to rain a little bit this afternoon but it soon stopped and out came the sun. Now my mum got the washing off the line before it started raining and put it all in the basket then she got side tracked watching me snipping some of the leaves on the shrubs. We were sitting having a bit of a relax when she suddenly remembered the washing outside, that's when we noticed it was raining so she had to stuff all the dried but damp washing in the dryer. Nice pictures today, now my mum has banned foxes from our garden cos of wot they leave behind and I don't just mean the headless squirrels, chicken feathers and bits of bunnies, I mean the smelly stuff as well. I bet that fox was licking his lips eyeing up young Eric, wot a good job OTL was there with him or Eric might have ended up as being brekkie. Well done OTL for getting the bird poo off the caravan, I mean you can't front up to a nice site with bird poo on your roof. Wot a good guard dog Holly is, I bet Mrs TM and OTL can sleep soundly knowing she's there to frighten off any unwanteds. I had a nice walk this morning and I'm having a nice lay in tomorrow. Hope you all have a lovely evening, enjoy the racing and hope you've got plenty of race type snacks to enjoy. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
