OK, who is that coughing?

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!

We headed off for our morning walk and surprise surprise, no rain! In fact it was quite mild and heading towards being warm and sunny!

Old Two Legs brought the camera which was lucky, as you'll find out!

A smooth beginning to the day!
As we were walking along the top path sniffing the sniffs, we spotted four woofers coming in the opposite direction. There was one spaniel type woofer that was tearing about all over the place, like wot they normally do.

The other three woofers were all Pug's! Now we have seen Pug's before but not very often, so these three deserved a sniff!

There were two of them who wanted to play sniff but the third was looking for trouble.

He stood next to OTL and began to bark in the most vicious way. Well, we think it was a bark but it sounded more like a weasel with a bad cough!

That didn't stop him, on and on he went woofing his tail off and it was so difficult not to laugh at his attempt to do a decent woof!

Hang on, I'm getting there!
Now wot made it funnier was OTL tickling the Pug's tail, like wot he does to all woofers who want to be friendly!

So there was OTL Tickling the Tail of this Pug who was almost choking trying to woof.

Wot made it worse was the silly woofer was throwing his head back to try a 'Howl' and nearly choked on his tongue!

......................and then I'll kick seven sort of poo out of you!
Well, we just couldn't take any more and headed off laughing louder than this Pug was woofing!

It's no good, we can't stand any more!
It was great just to get back to OTL's insects!

Hey! Can you hear that funny coughing?
Lunchtime came and we headed off to the beach but the tide was out and to be honest, we didn't fancy running in the mud!

Well I'm not swimming in that mud, how about t he sand?
So, that's just what Holly did, even though OTL was telling her to 'Get Up'!

Once she gets going there is no way to stop her, so we had to sit on the sea wall and wait!

............................and a little roll here and a little role there!
Mind you, it was good to get out of the sun and under the trees, all we needed was a bit of wind and it would have been perfect!

Not a Rabbit to be seen!
The rest of the day we spent snoozing, except when Eric, who was cuddling up to Miss May in one of the ferret hammocks, fell off the hammock and landed flat on his back in the bottom of their cage, just missing a rather large lump of poo!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well that was an entertaining day you had with them new woofers. Now Alfie wots coming for a play day on Wednesday to see if he can come and stay for a week is a pug, they are a bit ugly, if I do say so myself, not pretty and handsome like us. My mum often calls them slugs cos most of them look like they're a bit overweight. I'll let you know how Alfie gets on and if I will allow him to come and stop for a week in August. Mind, if he starts barking my mum might say no, cos we don't do barking in this house. Saying that though, my mum says I sound like a constipated cockerel when I bark but then my mum is not very nice to me sometimes, like take last night for instance, there I was in the kitchen, inspecting the rug she bought a few weeks ago when I suddenly noticed a design flaw, well you know wot a perfectionist I am, I made a slight change to the rug, I took out a few of the ruggy bits wot I thought didn't look quite in the right place, well you should have heard her, so off I went to try to change it a bit more so she wouldn't get upset and off she went again, didn't matter wot I did to the rug she kept coming out and telling me off, in the end she shut the kitchen door so I couldn't go out and make it better.............. I let her know I wasn't right happy with her, I laid down the bottom of the bed and I wouldn't cuddle her. It's getting warmer again here and this afternoon we've had to put the fans back on. We watched a programme yesterday evening and we saw Harrietsham ferret rescue on there, we were looking very closely when they went to the Kent show just incase we recognised anyone in the background. Today has been a bit of a lazy day on account of getting up very early. Hope Eric didn't hurt himself nearly landing on a big poo. Nice pictures today, Holly chops looks like she's really enjoying her roll in the sand. I do like a good roll but prefer to roll in a nice sniff. Have a lovely evening all and hope there are some really nice snackettes. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little (always in the doghouse) Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Thank goodness Eric missed the doo doo when he fell out! That would NOT be a good way to be rudely woken up!

Great pictures. Poor little Pug . . . he did his best! Funny little thing!

You and Holly are MUCH better looking.

    Happy rolls!

    Hugs, Sarn xxx

Well we are home to our full blown internetty so I can see just what you have been up to. I shall start where left off so I will be back here. xxxxxx

  4. Poor Miss May with a poorly tail, I hope it gets sorted out soon with the medicine. Now as for the Pugs, I don't think they are attractive at all and if I had a woofer I would choose one much more handsome like you or Archie or Charlie next door. His barking needs some improvements afteral you can't have a woofer and have to woof yourself. I hope ARchie behaves when his visitor comes on Wednesday and I hope he doesn't get all jealous when attention is turned. He has turned his attention away from Black Eyed Susan and gone for designing rugs, Archie you will never make a good designer of rugs and you might get swapped for that pug if you are not careful. xxxxxx
