A Grumbly Grain Rock!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.

Last night we managed to finish off all our treats and chews and Old Two Legs and I had a good game of 'Chase The Ball' up and down the lounge after The Missus had gone to bed!

After a good nights snooze we were up early this morning.

Both ferrets were fast asleep and OTL didn't wake them up so we headed off on our own!

OTL brought his camera along, hoping for a sunrise but he was out of luck, just a pale glimmer on the horizon which didn't amount to much!

Not wot we would call 'Impresive'!
This afternoons walk was full of Mini Two Legs running around screaming and making a nuisance of themselves, as OTL says, it must be half term!

One good thing today, we found another Grain Rock!

This one was sitting on top of a clump of grass under a tree!

OTL was thinking about moving it but left it where it was cos it looked really fierce!

A Growling Grain Rock!
This Grain Rock was the size of a Blackbird egg but it had a grumbly face and we didn't want to chance getting attacked!

We have found Eric in the same cuddle cup as Wendy and like yesterday, there was a pinafore between them but Eric managed to get a snooze even though Miss Wendy had her nose poking out from under the pinafore!

Later on Eric decided he needed more space and headed down to his normal bed!

Let's hope it carries on and when they are both sorted we will be able to get another two, or three?

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well that's really good news about Wendy and Eric and hope it continues. That rock really does look quite vicious. Nice pictures today. Glad you had enough treats for last night. I had a really nice walk this morning and bumped into Boris the bounce and little Alfie, we all had a good chat about the local sniffs while our TL's had a chat about boring stuff. My mum and my boy went out to lunch again and left me home alone again. It's been quite chilly here today so me and my mum are going to curl up on the sofa in a little while with a nice fluffy throw to keep us nice and snuggly and warm. Hope you all have a lovely evening with some snackettes. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. That is a good sign with the little ones, the pinnie seems to be doing the trick, well done. The new Grain Rock does look fierce so just as well to leave it alone, it may have friends lurking nearby.
It was all murky here even at 9am when Michael left on his photography escapeed to Folkestone, he went through the lanes to get to Newington where they changed over drivers. Lots of pictures of the Harbour Arm, Folkestone but all the little eating places were closed but the pictures look nice. Anthony Gormley has a figure standing ready to jump into the water which photographed particulary well, TM will see him later on Faceache.
Archie and I were both left home alone today but I had the added excitement of having a Flu Jab and Blood Test, I said it was all Give and Take then home for an early lunch as I wasn't allowed to eat anything before she took the armful of blood. Keep warm and watch out for snarling rocks. xxxxxx

  3. YAY - hope peace continues to reign in the ferret cage.

Someone did a good job of painting that rock!

Fancy finishing off all your chews already! You need another birthday now!
