Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!
It's been a fun day today, chilly this morning on our walk but warm later in the day.
Eric has been a bit of a pickle today, he has tried his 'Charm Offensive' on little Wendy.
Mind you, Wendy has been a pickle as well, there she was this morning, sniffing around in the 'Office' when she bumped into Eric who had his nose under some blankets on the floor.
Eric was looking for monsters and Wendy was looking for whatever was making a sniffing noise.
That's when the fight started and Wendy flew at Eric to take a lump or two out of his ear. Old Two Legs dived down in between the pair of them, well it was his hand that went in first and Wendy thinking it was Eric's ear, tried to take a lump out of the 'Ear'!
Oh Golly Gosh, quoth OTL, Oops! Says Wendy as soon as she realised that it was OTL she was trying to dismember!
Before any lumps were removed form OTL Wendy let go and started to lick it better!
Eric ferreted off to find some other sniffs while Wendy spent some time making it up to OTL and enjoying a slurp of Ferretone whilst at the same time watching Eric out the corner of her eye!
Just in case!
The morning run was too late for the sunrise and too early for the sun shiny day! Still, with a bit of careful hopping around on one leg to get the sun behind the bushes OTL managed these!

While we were out OTL sat down in the office and took a look at Miss Wendy, checking her out for any injuries she may have received when Eric retaliates.
No harm done, just the odd mark from Eric's teeth. However, there OTL was, having turned Wendy onto her back to look at her underside when Eric climbed out of the opened cage door, climbed onto OTL's shoulder, crept down his arm, reached Wendy who was on her back, and then told OTL 'That's it, you hold her while I get a sniff!'
That's when the fight started again!

Seems to be “Ferrets at Dawn, Dusk, Midday, Anytime” I somehow don’t think it is working! What next, are they ever going to find friendly partners with any ferret?
ReplyDeleteWe went to the park for a walk and All Day Breakfasts, no sausages so we had to have extra bacon, very nice but we missed the sausages. At times it was warm but other times cold and breezy, people watching some were dressed for the Artic while one particular younger woman was wearing a vest top with just her tattoos to keep her warm!
I hope you keep warm and find some nice nosh in your bowls and tomorrow some more lovely sunshine pictures, do your best. xxxxxx
Yo maties. Well wot can I say, how can Wendy resist the handsome Eric........ poor chap he must be feeling a tad ticked off. Wot a good job she realised it was OTL's finger and not Eric's ear before she sank her fangs in, OTL might not have given her some ferretone otherwise. Smashing pictures today, but you know I'm going to say the one with the two lovely girls in is my favourite. My mum and my boy went out for their weekly scoff out today, my mum had steak and chips and my boy had steakburger with bacon and chips, they'll both get fat if they don't watch out, naturally I was left home alone ........... booo hisss. You know, my mum was so stuffed that she had to have a siesta when she got home. It's been a dry sunny day here a tad chilly but it didn't bother us. I went for a nice walk early this morning but didn't see any of my little mates. Hope you all have a lovely peaceful evening with plenty of scoff and hope tomorrow Miss Wendy feels more like being friendly.
