Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!
This morning was all sunshine and breezy, it made a change from that wind coming from the North Sea!
Just for a change, there was no screaming from Miss Wendy and Eric reserved his attentions on Miss Wendy to a quick butt sniff and then he ran off to play with Old Two Legs who was trying to clean the cage!
We were told that Aunt Zoe, Uncle Paul and Finley, Megan and Ethan would be visiting us this morning. So, hide all the chews and toys and make sure our beds are comfortable for snoozing while they are here!
I don't 'Do' Mini Two Legs and have had a grumble at them before!
Normally I sit on OTL's lap and grumble at them if they get too close! Today was no exception, I grumbled and managed a couple of woofs but OTL was too close for me to do any harm!
It was dark first thing this morning and the wind was getting up, in fact OTL had to take off his glasses 'cos the wind blowing across them made his eyes water!

The tide was in and the wind was catching the tops and making white horses. Just wait until the winter comes and the wind whips up some big waves, should be fun!

I was glad to keep away from them and let them wipe their hands all over the white T Shirts they were wearing!
Now for some great news.
Megan wanted to see the ferrets again and they took a while to locate, there, in the bottom cuddle cup, all cuddled up together was Eric AND Wendy!
OTL sent Megan down stairs to fetch TM to see and we were all smiling and clapping hands and going Oooo and Arrrrrr!
OTL even took a picture through the bars!

Yo maties. Now Daisy, them mini TL's are good for mugging, cos they're not very tall, when they hold stuff in their hands it's just at the right height for you to do a swift grab and run then munch. Sorry to hear about Holly's grumbly tum, hope she's feeling lots better now. Wot a good picture of Eric in the cuddle cup with Wendy, now my mum says chaps usually start snoring so that the ladies move over and give them more room, seems Wendy didn't fall for the trick so Eric had to go find more space. Now when I snore my mum moves over in the bed to get away from my snoring but then I just stretch out more, it works every time here.I had a nice walk this morning and bumped into Boris the bounce, he was very bouncy this morning. My mum and my boy went out for their day off together lunch and left me at home alone. It's been quite sunny here but it's quite chilly, nearly time for my coat when I go out. Is Mrs TM going to put pictures of the mini TL's projects on faceache? Hope you all had a really good day with your visitors and hope you all have a lovely evening with some tasty muggings. I'm off for a snooze hope I don't get woken up by any whizz bangs, it's near that time again and it seems some TL's are having practise runs at letting their whizz bangs off. I'll have to send my mum out on her broomstick tomorrow night to turn them all into slugs. ReplyDeleteWhat a bleak start to the day but it brightened up nicely although it was bitter cold. I am glad you didn’t eat the mini TLs just give a warning but as Archie said they are just right for mugging with having hands nearer the ground. Eric looks cosy and a bit in charge because I can’t see how Wendy would have got out. Hopefully things are really looking up with them.
ReplyDeleteDid TM manage to help the minis make Christmas cards for their mum and dad. They could have made some rocks for Grain! You must be tired out with all those visitors so have a quiet day tomorrow xxxxxx
