A sign that Spring is here!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

We were up at the normal time this morning, you know, Too Early!

The clouds had all gone and the sun was building up speed and by the time we got to the sea side it had climbed up over the horizon!

Old Two Legs had brought his camera with him and took this shot.

This is what happens when your late to the beach!
While OTL was snapping away, Holly and I investigated the sniffs on the top path. Normally OTL likes us to walk on the concrete so it helps grind down our claws but you just can't beat a good sniff!

Hey! Here's another one, I bet it's Barney!
We spotted a bunch of Dafodillies with their blooms starting to burst, and while Holly and I were investigating, OTL was snapping!

It'll be Easter before you know it
Holly reckons that soon it will be that time when the clocks go forward an hour, so we will be getting up an hour earlier so the sun gets an extra hour in bed!

We of course will be stumbling around in the dark again!

Today OTL has been working again, poor lad, you would have thought that by now he would have given up work and started relaxing a bit more!

Breakfast is always fun in our house. Holly and I grab a nibble or two and head for the bedroom but Eric and Wendy come out of the cage and pinch Bramble Biscuits in the kitchen, then Eric, being a sneaky ferret, heads up stairs and robs OTL of some of his rabbit food!

It always tastes better when you steal it!
Our lunchtime walk was a in the cold cos the clouds had come back and hidden the sun! So, we didn't mind heading back home.

OTL was back at the keyboard, boring, while we snoozed under the desk!

This evening, Holly is back down to the vet for another look at her paw. Let's hope it doesn't hurt her or OTL's wallet too much!

See you tomorrow with the results!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Smashing pictures today. It was dry here this morning so I went for a walk with Brenda and Milly & we bumped into Storm. We all had a nice walk with lots of sniffing. Poor OTL having to get his wallet out, no wonder he's working at the moment. Now I hear Holly chops has to have an operation Friday, well I'll be keeping my paws crossed she doesn't mind being starved before, that's the worst bit if you ask me. The nurses will give her lots of cuddles and fuss, that's the best bit. We'll keep our paws crossed Holly chops doesn't get bothered by it and think of the nice dinner and extra cuddles she'll get when she gets back home with her war wound. If she needs any tips on how to milk it I'll be happy to give her some. I'll tell her so many, she'll be able to get an Oscar. She needs to remember to show her big brown eyes and look very sorry for herself and make sure she limps & looks very pathetic. She'll make OTL & Mrs TM feel very guilty. She'll be able to get away with anything. Keep your sniffers up girlies. Hope you all have a lovely evening. Love, licks, wags & sniffs from little Arch & the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. You have had a good day with some sun and sniffs and daffodillies thrown in for luck. Not so lucky OTL loosing some of his breakfast but then he probably takes extra in the first place because we can’t have him starving at his tender age. Now what is this about Holly, it seems that the vet is going to remove the wart on Friday so paws crossed that it goes well and Holly gets lots of well deserved fuss. xxxxxx
