Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret!
I don't know about you but this morning it was rather wet and damp under paw. We reckon it rained during the night, but we didn't hear a thing, except The Missus snoring her tail off!
We were getting ready to go out this morning when Eric decided he wanted to come out with us! He was rattling the cage door so that the whole cage rocked backwards and forwards!
So, on with his harness and he was sitting on Old Two Legs shoulder as we headed off to the football field behind our house.
The grass was wet and damp and because Eric has got short legs, he ended up with a very wet tummy when he climbed up OTL's leg to get dry by wriggling around in OTL's arms and using his soft coat as a towel!
Our lunchtime walk was fun. There were loads of Two Legs messing about doing things like fishing or playing 'Kick the Ball'!
While OTL was looking at the TL's I sneaked off for a sniff along the beach and I sort of fell into the water!
Well, it beats chasing balls! |
Horrible thing should be banned from beaches! |
Them are rain clouds! |
Nothing, the grass had all been cut again and all the insects have been driven off.
OTL seems to be upset about it all but the locals just want grass to sit on. You would think they would sit on the benches instead of the grass, I mean, us woofers wee on the grass but not on the benches!
I haven't wee'd on this bit before! |
See you all tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
I agree Daisy . . . best for TLs to sit on benches!
ReplyDeleteMixed weather here, the same as you. Had 2 dry walks today though. So it's all good.
Have a great weekend.
Hugs, Sarn xxx
Yo maties. It's been a dull day here with lots of very light showers but still very warm. I decided I would only venture out when there were no showers. My mum went off to work early and my boy decided as he had the day off, he would come and spring me from my prison and we would have snuggles until my mum came home. Naturally we had a few wrestles and I sung him to sleep, he does love a lullaby. He's at work tomorrow but my mum gets home early so I won't be on my own for long. My mum was going to do some crafting but sadly, the washing and ironing caught up with her so now she's got that done she says me and her can play glue flinging tomorrow after she finishes work. Hope you didn't hurt yourself when you fell in the sea Daisy. I don't blame Holly for not sitting on wee'd on grass. Hope Eric enjoyed his run round the field this morning. Take care and have a good evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
