Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.
Well, it's been another of those lazy days. It started this morning with our normal run around the field and sniff around the bushes, just to see where the foxes have been. Holly wanted to have a roll in the sniffs but Old Two Legs was watching and made grumbly noises which sort of put her off the idea!
Back home the ferrets had a great time chasing the squeaky rubber balls and Miss Wendy got OTL to put the pinny into her sleeping bed so she can curl up and hide away!
We went out early at lunchtime, mainly because Eric was rattling his cage door demanding to be let out!
There were loads of Two Legs running up and down the sea front and of course, they all wanted to say hello to Eric and totally ignored us woofers!
What was worse, the tide was out! So, I couldn't get in for a bit of 'Deep Paddling'!
Eric had a little run on the beach but decided not to do any digging cos the sand was wet!
You know this is a bit damp on my paws! |
Now then, what's behind here? |
This afternoon has been all warm and sunny, in fact it was so warm that we all fell asleep for an hour or two after lunch!
I do like these warm days, everyone seems to be snoozy, even the cats that run across the garden seem to be slower, mind you, Holly still can't catch them!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
Yo maties. Wot a shame OTL has still remembered the sniff is around and put you on your leads. Never mind, one day soon, he'll forget. It certainly is snoozy weather at the moment, I had a siesta myself after lunch, my mum said she got on with lots of work while I was snoozing. I met up with a new woofer to the area this morning, his name is Rizo or something like that, he seems a friendly sort of chap. My boy went on a long walk this morning and when he came home he was so hot he got into a cold bath. Now I barked when I heard the key in the door, my boy and my mum were both shocked, cos mostly I don't do barking, then along came the postman so I barked when he put a letter through the door, my mum said she bet he got a shock. Well that's it, my work for the year is done. Nice pictures of Eric today. My mum is at work in the morning so I'm wondering if my boy will let me snuggle up with him. We watched Mrs TM today and enjoyed her glue flinging. Take care all and have a good evening. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteSounds like a nice day.
ReplyDeleteIt's been warm and humid here today. Found some time to get stencilling on some cards in the craft room though.
