It will be 'Holiday Time' soon!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

It is surprising that the weather has warmed up considerably, our morning walk across the old golf course was fun. We spotted a fox in the distance but by the time we got to the bramble bush it had disappeared. We went hunting for rabbits but couldn't find any, maybe the fox had found them all!

Lunchtime we first went to the garage to get some more diesel for the big car. It was fun sitting in the back and woofing at the cars passing by!

Once again, we investigated the sniffs we missed out on yesterday!

Now, this one is ok, missed it yesterday!

Down on the sea wall we saw that the rig was still there. This surprised Old Two Legs as the computer program he has to monitor ship movements. Looking at the program showed that the rig wasn't at Sheerness! When we got to see Sheerness, the rig was still there!

That means they have turned the locator radio off!

Will there be a new radio?

Pity the tide is out, I fancy a paddle!

We were surprised that there were a number of Two Legs out walking their woofers but they are all the normal TL's, it was just that there were so many of them!

We had a run along the sandy beach then off into the forest.

Now, the other day we found an Australian Catkin and today we went further into the forest and found a couple of Catkin trees, one from America and one from China!

To the West is the American Catkin.

A bit further back there it was, a Chinese Catkin pointing to the East!

  A Chinese Take- a - Way?

OTL has booked the caravan in for some repairs so when the ban on holidays gets lifted, we will be off to Scotland for a dip in the sea in Carradale!

It's such a bore staying at home, we can't wait to get back out on the road again!

Once the weather warms up, OTL has some repairs to do on the caravan and once done there is nothing to stop us from having some weekends away!

Now, that would be fun!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Smashing pictures today, I'm glad OTL found the colour switch again. I wonder if the radio is broken on the rig and that's why it hasn't sailed away yet. I still reckon you're pulling my tail with them catkin thingumys. We've had a busy day, the new washing machine arrived, the old one went. My mum went into engineer mode to take off the restraining bolts and spacers, all went quite well except one bolt came out but the spacer stayed firmly put........ so off my mum went to get her tool box to see wot she could find to persuade the spacer to come out........ well in the end it was a pair of kitchen scissors wot got it shifted are some levering with various other tools. The she shifted the machine round into the utility room and dragged it into its space under the stairs and set about sorting the plumbing bits out .......... well another problem arose ..... the new drainage pipe on the new machine has a spigot on it ...... we don't do spigots cos they don't fit down the outlet pipes, so off to get the bread knife and chop off the spigoty thingumy, the outlet hose to the drain pipe and connect the water pipe to the machine and bobs yer uncle, who says you need a plumbing person when you got my mum and her bread knife and a pair of scissors handy. My mum has had a test run and the machine works ok but she keeps muttering about buttons... Ah well, now she's got a job for another day, to mend the wall where the man banged it bringing in the new machine, causing a lump of plaster to fall off ....... she's been and got some stuff in a tub, I wonder if she'll be adding any glitter to it. Of course I supervised all this work so I'm going to go and have a snooze cos it's been quite a hard day. It'll be nice when all this ban stuff is lifted so you can go and sniff the heeland sniffs and send back pictures of the smashing places you visit. Take care and stay safe all and have a good evening. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
