Deep Paddling, at last!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

It's been a busy day today; Old Two Legs was up early and then off out to visit a couple of his contacts which took him almost up to lunchtime to finish off. I went out with The Missus for our morning walk on the old golf course.

You know they will be making that place into a static caravan park, according to those that are in 'The Know', you know, locals, with their paws on the pulse!

Well, lunchtime arrived and OTL asked if I wanted a walk, I mean, does a woofer enjoy a sniff?

Off we went and guess what?

Water!

Well, it wasn't deep enough for a big swim and OTL didn't have a stick to throw, but I got to end up with a big wet tummy!

It tastes a bit muddy but that's normal with this river water!

I did suggest that OTL throw Eric in the water so I could rescue him but Eric said he would poo in my dinner if I even thought of it!

Don't even think about it!

So, while Eric was running around on the beach I had to go splashing on my own! I did try to get OTL to throw some sticks but there were none on the beach and Eric wouldn't let me play with his squeaky ball either!

Go on, let me play fetch with his squeaky ball then?

That was it, after a roll in some rabbit poo we headed off to the car park and on the way we found this butterfly hanging onto some half eaten blossom!

Nothing like a bite of lunch!

All this deep paddling does make a woofer tired and both Eric and I spent most of the afternoon snoozing our tails off and practising our 'Ceiling Walk'!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Daisy I'm so glad you managed to get your dip today, shame Eric wouldn't let you play rescue the ferret though, that's a bit mean and even meaner not to lend you his ball. Never mind, maybe next time OTL will look for a nice stick on the way to the water. I bet that rabbit poo stuck to your coat when you came out the water and rolled in it, it's good to take a souvenir home with you. I hope caravans on the site don't interfere with your walks Daisy, you were there first. Now, I've got some exciting news to tell you. Last night, I was curled up on my bed, just dropping off to sleep when my boy came in, he crouched down low and approached from the rear ...... well, I got him in my sights, I checked the wind direction and velocity, and just as he got up right by me, I deployed my secret weapon, I raised my tail and did a pffffffffffft, I got him right between the eyes....... he ran out the room, moaning as I was wafting my secret weapon with my tail. I WON that fight without even raising a paw. That'll teach him. Smashing pictures today and I'm glad OTL didn't have to work all day. Mrs TM and my mum were gassing today, I heard them when I was waiting to go out for a poo, honestly these wimmin, fancy gassing when a chap needs a poo. I'm off for a pre dinner and pre bed snooze so take care and stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch, my mum and my boy xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
