Hi Woofers!
Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!
The weather has been what the weatherman calls 'Changeable', we call it windy and wet!
First it was windy and blew the leaves inside out!
Looking up river we decided not to hang about and before long was back in the car park, just in time for the rain to give the car a good wash!
Well, today is the day when Eric gets another visit to the vet to try to sort out his tumour. We took him in early this morning after making sure he didn't have anything to eat and we had to telephone at one thirty to make sure everything was all right. That we did and he had recovered from the anaesthetic but was a little groggy, so he was going to rest some more and we could come and rescue him at four thirty!
When we got to him, he was still a little groggy but wide enough awake to be let go.
While we were there we met up with Clive, he's the one who looks after the Fluffy Ferret Forum.
He was there with Mars who had a swelling under the arm which was causing some concern. We crossed claws that all would be well then, we headed for home.
Back i9n the cage, Wendy gave him a lick behind the ears which made him feel better and after a treat of chicken strip he headed for the cuddle cup and snoozed the rest of the day away.
The vet said that Eric had lost a bit of weight since his last visit and wasn't too sure about the lumps he could feel on his tummy.
In a weeks’ time we have got to take a picture of the tumour and email it to him. Alternately we could make an appointment if we feel it necessary.
We are all a little upset especially after Hollys’s tumour but we have done all we can and will just have to keep an eye on Eric.
See you tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
Yo maties. Well we'll all keep our paws crossed here that Eric will be ok and that it hasn't spread cos we all love Eric the brave and he has been such a brave chap for such a little man. I bet he's glad to be home in his own bed with Wendy. I had an early walk this morning and only met up with one other woofer wot said it was going to tear strips off me, I told it, you and whose army cos my mum has got her big heavy walking stick and if anyone tries to hurt me, they'll be wearing her walking stick up their chuffer ....... that soon shut it up. My mum don't like unfriendly woofers and she always has her stick ready, just in case. We've had quite cold winds and some rain at times today. We're sending all our good vibes down to Eric xxxxx. Take care and stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch, my mum and my boy. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
